Quoting: <~> Figures lie and liars figure... Yep they find ODs at multiple levels. Hell most ODs are regular users that have a period of interruption jail, rehab, connections lost etc. that finally score again and do half or a third of what they regularly used and bam dead. How do we know where GF was on his drug use schedule? In my opinion all this does is creat an ambiguous un quantifiable cascade of several factors leading to death, in other words reasonable doubt. You can't have the metabolite without the chemical precursor. I'm not worried about today's testimony. Nelson has poked more holes in the prosecution's case than I had any right to expect by this point, and he hasn't even presented his own client's side yet. I can hardly wait for the defense to begin their part of the trial. I have a feeling it's going to be epic, especially when they recall the prosecution witnesses for the defense! ~Wharf Rat |

But it was just postmortem fentanyl levels. The witness even testified that he correct it. So his evidence was misleading but he corrected it? Interesting. Timpa's death was ruled a homicide. ... Three of the officers later faced misdemeanor deadly conduct charges in connection with the death. Those blood levels would put him way under what they've been finding people stopped for DUI with. I'm confident, unless the're lying about the fentanyl levels that he didn't die from an overdose. - maybe he just died of covid. he was positive. Last Edited by ID2268 on 04/08/2021 04:22 PM |
