So why was Floyd saying he couldn't breathe before they got him on the ground?? Cross is going to be verrry interesting imo

Excellent point. I had forgotten. That may very well nullify every action after that concerning the knee. Oops, Dr....

Yeah.. you just have to sit back and know when its the defense's turn and they show the ENTIRE bodycam footage from the point the officer walks up the George Floyd in the the driver seat (i'm re-watching it now)-- he is already being combative and not listening. He repeatedly says dont shoot me, while he is not listening.. before he is even taken out of the car! Completely combative at 1:50 when hes pulled out... and continues to resist arrest for another 30 second. They sit him down on the street against the building at 2:45.. and a seperate surveillance video you can see a white bag fall out of his back pocket..

FLoyd and the 2 people in the vehicle are questions if he's on something, and the other 2 allude he has mental issues (if so, why drugs found in car?) Floyd continually complains about being pain sitting 20ft from the vehicle (long before he is even put in the police vehicle). about 2-3 ,minutes later he is taken to the police vehicle.

At that point he begins to basically through a tantrum almost like a child. He continued to not listen and struggle with the officers and yelling a screaming like a 3 year old being taken to their room after getting in trouble.

Before he is even placed into the vehicle he begins to say I am claustrophobic (now he was just driving a vehicle 10 minutes earlier that was smaller)..for 20 more seconds he struggles with officers yelling "i'm claustrophobic for real dawg, I'm not that kinda guy man.." over and over. Then he says "i'm gonna die man..".. he hasnt even been placed into the vehicle yet.

He then sits in the vehicle with his legs out, and begins yelling "I dont want to win.. I'm claustrophobic and have anxiety, I'm scared". Officers promise to open up the windows for him. The officers say "look we are trying to work with you," and keeps yelling "but I'm claustrophobic".

They then begin to place him fully into the back seat and yells and screams "I;m not a bad guy, I'm choking and cant breath office".. mind you there are absolutely no restrictions on him. He is just laying on his back on the back seat. He is clearly just overreacting and freaking the fuck out. What does he say next "Lay me on the ground.. please lay me on the ground". He then kicks his way across the back seat and almost slides out of the vehicle on into the middle of the road. 2 officers start to push him back in the vehicle and just keep screaming "i can breathe". The dude has spent at least 5-6 minutes yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs.. id be puking and having an asthma attack on that alone.

He continues to be combative and will not stay in the vehicle. They place him down on the road and starts yelling "momma".. Keeps yelling "I cant breathe", while the officers keep saying "You're talking so you can breathe".. and you know the rest. I think 90% of the people in the US have no idea of the events that led up to this. Ever since I saw the video.. 'This country burned down over this bullshit' is all I keep saying..
 Quoting: MaximusRex

If it's the same video, I think there's a point where it sounds like he says "I'm gonna die".

ETA....i reread the post and you'd mentioned that, lol

What are the chances that Saint Floyd has had women heavier than Chauven sitting on his, uhm, neck. Dude still lived to tell about it

I know not apples to apples, but popped in my mind and figured we could use a giggle while this prof drones on...and on...and on.

Ok...it sounds like the prosecution is basing their entire case on this guy. Let's see what the cross shows.

Thanks BBQ for the threads...I'm in Georgia...what's the best place for some pulled pork sandwiches.

Yup.. there is way too much reasonable doubt provided by the entire video. If anything that particular video shows how much patience the police actually had with him. Floyd literally acted like a 3 year old throwing a temper tantrum. No adult acts like that unless he/she is on something.

Agree. But I have a feeling they won't let him get acquitted. It's bs all around.
