Yeah he was sounding a bit rough yesterday. He has a lot on his plate, but I think he believes Chauvin is innocent and worth fighting for.

I don’t know protocol but was wondering why Nelson didn’t ask for a delay to review what was given to him the night before.

During today's testimony listen for any mention of "Troponin" thats an enzyme that's released into a person's blood during a Heart attack.

so basically the left wingnut doctor is saying, you cant hold down or restrain a criminal... because it will take away 28% of his airflow ? All those numbers and percentages were pure BS. How does he know, that Chauvin actually just had his knee resting there.. so he wouldnt try and get up or move. You dont see his neck or skin smashed down due to pressure. Calculating the weight of his belt equipment ??? When he said he wasnt getting paid, but he normally gets paid a lot. Thats BS too, that motherfucker is getting paid under the table somewhere

Indeed. He was clearing his throat a lot and he wasn’t as sharp. I don’t know if he was sick, has allergies, is worn down, or a combination. It’s a tough job and he is all alone against a dishonest and unjust team of ten to fifteen.

I thought Nelson missed several opportunities to undermine the testimony yesterday. At the same time it is hard to question exceptionally biased witnesses who just make stuff up, which is what yesterday was.

Yesterday’s witnesses are smart professorial types. They are used to making things up without any shame.

The first guy was absolutely ridiculous. His claim was he made up some model to calculate the amount of pressure on Floyd. Yet he doesn’t know physics and he didn’t weigh anyone. And the video can’t tell you all that much about precise angles and location. If that clown practices medicine with the same amount of disregard for accuracy then he is a danger to everyone.

But why didn’t Nelson tear apart this silliness? There were so many ways to attack it? Maybe he doesn’t have time. Maybe they sprung the testimony on him at the last minute. If so, this trial is grossly unfair.

The Jury heard about his "Heroin" overdose when his girlfriend Courteney Ross testified.

Him not getting paid was the only honest testimony he gave. He’s clearly an activist.

Also him not getting paid and volunteering to Testify for the State makes him 'Biased'

All expert witness testimony is biased. The same will be true for the defense. But, a fair minded jury will look to see whether the witness is honest. When witnesses seem to favor one side when questioned via body language or how they answer that should factor in to a juror’s evaluation of the testimony.

A example of an honest expert witness was the LAPD officer. He didn’t seem hostile to defense and seemed to have a consistent way of interacting with both the prosecution and defense.

Can't wait for a Doctor to say, He was with Child at the time... Geez..these paid liars are really reaching now.

The defense still gets to present its case, it doesn't make too much sense to ask the prosecution's witnesses too many questions which may help reinforce their case, especially if they are considered biased.

Just about all the States witness have become defensive as soon as Nelson says hello, you can see their expression change.
