I'm hoping we get to hear from the Coroner and Medical examiners today. In my opinion that's the real evidence in this case.

Also can't wait for this, but do you think the prosecution will call them? I can't imagine it would be good for their side, but then again the lab people yesterday didn't help them either imo...

Not only is this now officially a drug case but we now also have a case where the drug dealer was creating his own meth/fentanyl pills and selling them as oxy’s....

That’s a BIG deal. I think the judge is going to force the dealer Morris to testify... why?

Because selling drugs to a person who OD’s doesn’t make you liable, but selling counterfeit drugs to someone who OD’s makes you directly liable...

Hence Morris pleading the fifth for fear of 3rd degree murder.

Initially they had said 300+ witnesses and around four weeks, but I think they have agreed to streamline this.

The Judge told one of the Defense witnesses to be ready to testify this Tuesday. So it seems to be moving along faster than they predicted.
