Sandi, I've read your blog months ago and you're story reminds me of someone I know who had similar experiences, perhaps not so horriffic as some of it, but definitely had a personal hatred of christianity and 'Jesus' as she was abused by people whom her parents were missionaries for in a 3rd world country where experiences like this are more common...

She attempted suicide many times and was pretty fucked up... She talks about it and although you may be bitter toward the christian movement, perhaps you will identify with her. She's a little off the wall (passionate) but you may get something out of it...

I disagree with your comment that people of all different religions find the same god because they are looking for god. Many people find different satisfactions in the many different religions and yet many more people are born into cultures where religion is forced upon them and submission is the path of least resistance. I think there is something mysterious about the Bible... Through all the contradictions, writers who lived hundreds of years apeart from each other, ect., as a whole work, there is some really strange logic going on in there, it is contained in the whole work written by confused people through the years...
