I wouldn't put Kyle on the stand. The defense has this case won already.

Not worth the risk of him saying one wrong thing that can be blown out of proportion in both court and media.

Prosecution did not make their case. Don't do it for them.

The Defense has stuck to their opening remarks straight down the line. In those opening remarks they said two times that Kyle will take the stand.

Going to be interesting to see what they do. Kyle looked like he was going to get sick yesterday while the Autopsy photos were being shown.

Is that going to be enough empathy for the Jury?

I think it was a very interesting, shall we say co- incidence that the Baldwin / Rust shooting happened just prior to this trial kicking off.

Also the intense involvement of the F bee I in the case with the blatant anti-gun propaganda being pushed by the prosecution.

Im not sure but I think we are getting close. I know the Defense is going to call a Use Of Deadly Force expert to the stand, and I expect that testimony to take some time.

And the Ahmaud Arbery Death Trial being broadcast at the same time also.

I was going to cover both trials, but had to make a choice.

I'm thinking he won't but it would sure be interesting if he did.

We have seen how this prosecution team tries to twist everything witnesses say to try to make all of this fit thier narrative and I can't imagine what they would do if he testified.

I have not been following the trial at all, yet I am very interested in how it will turn out.

I'm glad we have the video of the actual incident, because I can judge with my own eyes what I see, and I KNOW this case is already UNFAIR because it is really Kyle being used as an object in a power struggle by the left to constantly be assaulting gun rights.

If you (OP) or anybody on this thread would write a brief synopsis of the trial so far, or share a few key points in the trial, that would be much appreciated!

The left is still enjoying their George Floyd victory, and it seems they have now come to expect to win these court cases all-the-time, or else they threaten to riot. Well this could be the BIG FLASHPOINT!



If Kyle is found guilty, armed citizens who are very much cheering for Kyle will be pissed. This is not just about Kyle...it's about the Law of Self-Defense.

If I were on the jury, as a mom, I would be furious at the obvious persecution (yes, I said persecution, not prosecution) of this kid.

Would probably be shooting eye darts through the prosecutor after the Gauge Cunthead testimony.

There are now two in the original post. Be patient court has not started yet, when it does we will find more.

I see the not so subtle message they are pushing in both Jan 6th and this trial.

That is ' Certain individuals are favored by the incumbent government and are therefore permitted to use any manner of direct assault and weaponry ( excluding guns) and destruction and that cause is supported and promoted by the government whilst other groups are evil in even attempting self defense or protecting their property.'

All the evidence is for him and Robert Barnes is very clear he should not take the stand. That is a random jury.
