I hope so! I’m getting worried but I’m staying positive for the kid. This is hard to watch.

It's maddening, but not being in law, I can not critique, I do not know if objections would be denied and cause a new impression to the jury.

I think they are giving the prosecutor the rope to hang himself with. They know the jury is going to hate Binger as much as everyone else, including the judge. It's obvious he has it out for the kid, even if he has to cheat.

It is, and Kyle is handling it very well in my opinion.

I know it is the prosecutors job to do what he is doing and he is an asshat... but I am not sure he can sleep at night when this was not deliberate... it was self defence and not a drug running cartel... or mafia shooting...

Nobody has been able to ID drop kick guy, nobody knows who drop kick guy is

Maybe drop kick guy was an FBI plant, could he have been wearing body armor of some kind and taken one or both shots?

Kyle should mention that right now they have the benefit of slow motion. Hindsight is always 20/20. we need to get on to the redirect. This has all been rehashed enough.
