I think the only thing that could hang Kyle in the jury's eyes is if Kyle flat out says he came to kill people. The prosecution has already demonstrated their ineptitude and bias.

The prosecutors will try to catch him in a lie, any lie they can blow out of proportion.

Yes they will. His life is on the line here, life in prison anyway. His lawyers have been great so far, the prosecution has been terrible. He seems confident.

Anyone else find that the judge was trying to convince him not to testify. I know the judge has to do that... but mmm.. it seems to me as if the judge thought his defence team was doing a good job and "did not" have to testify.

But at them same time, I am curious to see what that guy was chasing him to begin with, that set off this whole thing.
