This is what I was thinking too. I wonder if the jury feels the prosecutor is a total idiot for even suggesting that. Talk about a stretch.

You know, after my Mother passed, I had moments where I was in complete contorted face crying, almost like not even breathing or making a sound but in the most horrible sadness I couldn't even control my face, and no tears came until further into the cry. I specifically remember this a few times. Quite a few happened right as I sat up from bed, it would just hit me and it was a frozen cry if I had to give it a name.

Hopefully! Kyle literally kept his shit together during all that better than most police shooting videos I’ve seen. Unless the jury are all complete retards there’s no way they can call him guilty of the charges. All the video evidence shows he was trying to get away and was attacked up to the point where the police were basically rolling in and the rioting pussies realized they didn’t stand a chance against some kid with a gun—they definitely wouldn’t try some shit with the 5-0 right on the scene.

We may see the case go to the Jury by tomorrow then.

Not sure why the defense would call a specialist to the stand for that. If anyone I would think the prosecution would have done that. At this point that has been established, but the prosecution is trying to force the intent issue, and that's not happening.

I dont know much about this case...At all...i haven't really followed as my focus on other things...

But it seems to me....Kyle went to go help people in the riots,and he knew there was going to be trouble,so he got himself a gun...to protect him self,and he went in ...Really trying to help people...And when your young like that,you dont think of everything....

He i dont think ever thought of shooting someone,he had the gun,to keep people away from him,only a crazy person would try to come up and have a fire fight with a person holding a gun...

His real crime ...Is Caring too much for people,that might of been helpless...

Normal people,is ,if you see a human holding a gun,you pretty much,dont screw with them,unless you have a deathwish...

Maybe what kyle thought ...only a fool would try to come after him...And he was really there trying to help...

So in my book...the little i know...He is a good guy,trying to help.....And it backfired big time...

But of course he should be set free,as there is no crime there,unless they make it ...Helping people a crime!

In pretrial agreements both sides were going to call a UODF expert but they agreed to just call one, so the State said they would accept the one the Defense had.

If Kyle wanted to kill them he coulda done it from 40 yards behind a tree with that AR 15..
