Another lie. George Floyd said "I can't breathe" 27 times in TOTAL, not while under Chauvin's knee. He said it 7 of those 27 times prior to being restrained on the ground. 8 if you count "I can't choke". And yes, I found the transcript and counted them. I arrived at the exact same total of 27, including those 7 prior to being restrained on the ground. That's about 25% of all such utterances prior to being restrained. He said "I can't breathe" in 4 chunks, which is why I said 4 times previously. But this prosecution used the standard of counting every single utterance, even if they were back to back.

I am pretty sure that is the way it always works. I always thought it was unfair to the defense.

Sounds like the media is setting up for a guiltyy verdict and blaming the defense as opposed to the jury ignoring evidence against guilt.
