Maybe we should send people like this Steve guy on routine traffic stops to get the criminal’s “consent” before being arrested.

What a goof! Did anyone hear him say consent numerous times? Lol clown world.

Really?

WTF is a "rebuttal" closing argument?

The prosecution now gets two closing arguments?

Defense usually has the last word, what is this BS?

Reminds me of the trump impeachment case where they think droning on and on somehow will make the defendant a guilty party. When will they let the defense have a few words?

Another lie. George Floyd said "I can't breathe" 27 times in TOTAL, not while under Chauvin's knee. He said it 7 of those 27 times prior to being restrained on the ground. 8 if you count "I can't choke". And yes, I found the transcript and counted them. I arrived at the exact same total of 27, including those 7 prior to being restrained on the ground. That's about 25% of all such utterances prior to being restrained. He said "I can't breathe" in 4 chunks, which is why I said 4 times previously. But this prosecution used the standard of counting every single utterance, even if they were back to back.

This guy is a joke.

He didn’t die of a drug overdose.
He didn’t die of a cardiac event, even though he had an arrhythmia (which is NOT a cardiac event)
This 6’5” guy high as a kite on methamphetamines DID NOT have super human strength. No such thing!
He did not have a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, ok?!

Please. This guy is awful. I’d say not guilty based solely on this jackass trying to tell me the sky isn’t blue.

Throw in the fact the judge wouldn't allow in testimony that Saint George said the same thing in a previous arrest. It was his calling card.

This prosecutor giving the state's closing arguments is making my blood pressure rise. I actually just came back from the doc's this morning, it was 123/85.

Now I bet I'm stage-2 hypertensive as I type this.

I can hardly wait for Nelson to have his turn at bat.

I haven't watched any of the trial but happened to watch about 5 minutes of a TV cable news network last week. There was a panel of about 8 lawyers who all agreed that the prosecution was well prepared for this trial and the defense was not.

Is that true?

I just found out I get Court TV with my Comcast account. Watching.

Sounds like the media is setting up for a guiltyy verdict and blaming the defense as opposed to the jury ignoring evidence against guilt.rayof
