That’s rich, coming from the team who played the same video for the jury God knows how many times and took well over twice as long as the defense to present its case.

Remember general rule, short deliberations usually are good for the prosecution.
Long deliberations, mean the jury has had questions, they are taking an educational look at the information presented and actually deliberated the case based on law.
I think 3rd degree fits the crime based on the evidence but a jury may swing because they feel they need to convict on morality of the community, which is exactly wrong and should be a mistrial but it’s very difficult to prove.
We will know very shortly as to how this will play out.

Right. If they were that frightened they should have made sure they wouldn't be on the jury. There are many "wrong" answers to give to get yourself struck/disqualified in the first place.
