That's funny, because the state's own expert witnesses on use of force said point-blank that Chauvin et. al. not escalating to higher use of force was actually a form of de-escalation

Listening to Blackwell say police shouldn’t pull a gun for something as minor as using a fake bill. If I were a Minneapolis juror I would never convict anyone of a crime ever again. The state clearly picks and choses when to apply the law. It clearly picks and choses when police can put a gun in your face. They have no reasonable standard that marks the rule of law.
