Talking about God derails the conversation and is meant to. The only reason the topic is so big is that people who had the power to help--political power, not the power that demands self-sacrifice--chose to both use God as a means to power and a means to tell the people who needed help to wait. So what is it that you are asking, exactly?

Some of us have a lot more *political* power than others, and it is those interests for whom God exists to serve as a figurehead. Why is a conversation about political order and the means of maintaining power consistently diverted to theodicy? Don't you think that is meant to position the person who actually needs help in a bad place where they either stop believing in those who do it, or are set up to be accused of heresy? What are you getting out of this?

Well it actually is. What kind of a parent (seeing we're supposed to be childen of God) would let their 'children' hurt and kill each other without putting a stop to it?

It’s a test.

Basically God LETS it look like evil/Satan is winning to see which people retain their values and remain on the ‘good side’, and which people sell out to evil(and thus would betray God if given the chance) for some worldly gain. It’s all an illusion.

God was betrayed once, so now He needs to test us to determine conclusively which people He can trust for eternity, and which He can’t. Earth is that test.

If you wake up in Heaven some day, and God says you get to spend eternity there, are you gonna complain about a few decades of suffering? Lol

There has been more done to help the poor/stupid over the last 200 years, than ever before in history, but until the poor/stupid learn to use their thinking organ instead of their reproductive organs, they will never climb out of the housing projects...

Shouldn't God already *know*? And if God was betrayed isn't that of a piece of his track record of forcing the weak to forgive and helping the strong get revenge? You could, for example, tell me what doctors I need to see, OR you could tailor what ought to be impartial medical advice to suit your desires for your aesthetic as to what I *ought* to be. Which will result in better outcomes for the person you are advising? If I can't expect you not to minimize the harm this causes now, then how can I trust your assurances that it will eventually result in some good when you don't even have enough trust to say what that is, and have already lied multiple times?

I have limited resources. I can choose to for example read the 'whole thing' of your post which fills more than a scroll on the page, or get up and walk around like the medical advice given for heart failure in another thread. Which do I do? If I am an illusion, should I even care any longer? You want to run an initiation like a frat house, and like a frat house, you don't care who dies because of your initiations. The God you posit has no reason to mistrust people, no reason to harm them, no reason to use the tricks of philosophy to ensnare people seeking answers that are easily gotten elsewhere, no reason to exclusively trap suffering people in an abusive cycle that does not need him to exist to explain it.
