I have said nothing, the author is in the video. The mirror in this case genius is mankind to mankind.....

The original OP is complaining about God, God does not do these things mankind does.

So the mirror here is obvious if you see, you do not see.

Yeah, the subject of Psalm 18 and 2 Samuel 22. I *get* it. Kind to the kind, cruel to the cruel, shrewd to the clever, etc. The viewpoint of the shudra class is not included in the Vedas; the viewpoint of the Canaanites is not included in the Bible, etc. The complaints against the group are deferred to God, and then the fact of it being a complaint is called blasphemy. Inverting cause and effect strike me as an incredibly useful strategy for group control, especially where a hierarchy is involved.

But are those members at the top of the hierarchy accountable? Because religion would have us believe they are accountable to God, and that is where the genuine blame comes in. Shouldn't God respond faster than the courts do, and with absolutely no injustice whatever?

When or where or who established the God we are talking about in this thread? Did You? I did not.

Many consider themselves undeveloped Gods.

All known gods have a domain. They control something. Usually someone. Energy and thus status being conserved, who is made a slave or subhuman so that someone else can be a god?

One can complain to whomever as long as however about the damn moving shadows on the pool bottom in otherwise still water.

You can get really pissed at the person or thing making the shadows on the pool bottom until you realize it is you making the shadows by disturbing the waters or fabric of life..

Listen to your complaint. You have never been outside of the Universe in thought. This is one of countless Creations. You chose to be here against the Father's will. So grab your balls and stop the phucking denial and belly aching.

You act as though I'm the only one with complaints about it. Why don't you fix it? If there are other universes, why not go there? If I made all my choices against 'The Father's' will, then why not become a Hindu so I can live in a caste system like you are trying to impose? Why do some people have the right to continually refer the consequences of their behavior to others, and the blame for it to God? Why not let this universe fail, since it apparently exists contrary to God's will, and why not let everyone in it die, since they are apparently like me here contrary to God's will as well? If you wanted me to be in awe before your mystification of real-world issues, then why did you mistreat me in such a vulgar fashion?

He was sent here TO die for us, as is written in the book of John, chapter 3, 16th verse, and as was prophesied in the very first book, Genesis, and also prophesied in the book of Isaiah.

 Quoting: Victor Vectors

Because the idea that it needs fixing means that all my problems are sorted with first. That's why. You're not complaining because you're barking orders. In order to make me sensitive to the problem, you created problems for me. Just like I predicted, those problems are now a major impediment to my doing the incredibly labor-intensive tasks you assigned to me. Which raises the questions: you defined the problems. Are they really problems? If you require slaves to fix them, are you not slavers? If they lie on small matters, can they be trusted when they talk of big ones? If I am to be others' savior, then what person is mine?

I am sick because other people needed to keep me sick so they would feel assured of my loyalty. That's a fact. This by itself is forgivable, but only if I can keep my distance from them. All of them relied on this mystical way of thinking, which required those who did not to suffer behind the scenes to keep them from getting destroyed. Even the meekest eventually said 'fuck this,' and rebuked them, for which he was punished by not being allowed to enter the land of promise to which he had selflessly led so many others.

Isn't it about time someone finally got wise to the general scam of piety and selflessness, and left such people as a group to their own devices?

Because it is good for their business to keep believers from leaving through the use of fear.

Yup. And that is why, now that those techniques are in charge of the world, that it isn't that bad to see the world and people go away.

Re: Let's talk about God
And why he doesn't seem to ever help people in need, especially children. Assuming God is real, how can he let people suffer so much? No loving God would do that. All the wars, murders, rapes and diseases and God never lifts a finger to help anyone.

Religions always blame Satan for all the bad stuff but is God so weak that Satan seems to be winning? And don't come back with 'free will' because it's nowhere in the bible.
 Quoting: NDFarm

You could read the bible so you know who God is, all your answers are found in it.

Here's one nugget for you though.

God is very loving, so loving that you know all the horrible things you've done in your life time, that's called Sin, a Sin against YOUR Holy perfect Father that created you. He does't accept sin, Sin = Death. And it separates you from Him. God has a Son, the First Fruit named Yahusha (Jesus). He took on all your Sin - mine too and all of man"s Sin and was sentenced to Death. He Died in YOUR place to reconcile YOU and ALL back to Our Holy Perfect Father.

You want an answer from God about things? You're not the first to question Him, Job did and here's the account of this in the word of God for us.

God's answer to Job.

Job 38-41
The Lord Speaks

38 Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm. He said:

2 “Who is this that obscures my plans
with words without knowledge?
3 Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.
4 “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.
5 Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?
6 On what were its footings set,
or who laid its cornerstone—
7 while the morning stars sang together
and all the angels[a] shouted for joy?
8 “Who shut up the sea behind doors
when it burst forth from the womb,
9 when I made the clouds its garment
and wrapped it in thick darkness,
10 when I fixed limits for it
and set its doors and bars in place,
11 when I said, ‘This far you may come and no farther;
here is where your proud waves halt’?
12 “Have you ever given orders to the morning,
or shown the dawn its place,
13 that it might take the earth by the edges
and shake the wicked out of it?
14 The earth takes shape like clay under a seal;
its features stand out like those of a garment.
15 The wicked are denied their light,
and their upraised arm is broken.
16 “Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea
or walked in the recesses of the deep?
17 Have the gates of death been shown to you?
Have you seen the gates of the deepest darkness?
18 Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the earth?
Tell me, if you know all this.
19 “What is the way to the abode of light?
And where does darkness reside?
20 Can you take them to their places?
Do you know the paths to their dwellings?
21 Surely you know, for you were already born!
You have lived so many years!
22 “Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail,
23 which I reserve for times of trouble,
for days of war and battle?
24 What is the way to the place where the lightning is dispersed,
or the place where the east winds are scattered over the earth?
25 Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain,
and a path for the thunderstorm,
26 to water a land where no one lives,
an uninhabited desert,
27 to satisfy a desolate wasteland
and make it sprout with grass?
28 Does the rain have a father?
Who fathers the drops of dew?
29 From whose womb comes the ice?
Who gives birth to the frost from the heavens
30 when the waters become hard as stone,
when the surface of the deep is frozen?
31 “Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades?
Can you loosen Orion’s belt?
32 Can you bring forth the constellations in their seasons[c]
or lead out the Bear[d] with its cubs?
33 Do you know the laws of the heavens?
Can you set up God’s[e] dominion over the earth?
34 “Can you raise your voice to the clouds
and cover yourself with a flood of water?
35 Do you send the lightning bolts on their way?
Do they report to you, ‘Here we are’?
36 Who gives the ibis wisdom[f]
or gives the rooster understanding?[g]
37 Who has the wisdom to count the clouds?
Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens
38 when the dust becomes hard
and the clods of earth stick together?
39 “Do you hunt the prey for the lioness
and satisfy the hunger of the lions
40 when they crouch in their dens
or lie in wait in a thicket?
41 Who provides food for the raven
when its young cry out to God
and wander about for lack of food?
39 “Do you know when the mountain goats give birth?
Do you watch when the doe bears her fawn?
2 Do you count the months till they bear?
Do you know the time they give birth?
3 They crouch down and bring forth their young;
their labor pains are ended.
4 Their young thrive and grow strong in the wilds;
they leave and do not return.
5 “Who let the wild donkey go free?
Who untied its ropes?
6 I gave it the wasteland as its home,
the salt flats as its habitat.
7 It laughs at the commotion in the town;
it does not hear a driver’s shout.
8 It ranges the hills for its pasture
and searches for any green thing.
9 “Will the wild ox consent to serve you?
Will it stay by your manger at night?
10 Can you hold it to the furrow with a harness?
Will it till the valleys behind you?
11 Will you rely on it for its great strength?
Will you leave your heavy work to it?
12 Can you trust it to haul in your grain
and bring it to your threshing floor?
13 “The wings of the ostrich flap joyfully,
though they cannot compare
with the wings and feathers of the stork.
14 She lays her eggs on the ground
and lets them warm in the sand,
15 unmindful that a foot may crush them,
that some wild animal may trample them.
16 She treats her young harshly, as if they were not hers;
she cares not that her labor was in vain,
17 for God did not endow her with wisdom
or give her a share of good sense.
18 Yet when she spreads her feathers to run,
she laughs at horse and rider.
19 “Do you give the horse its strength
or clothe its neck with a flowing mane?
20 Do you make it leap like a locust,
striking terror with its proud snorting?
21 It paws fiercely, rejoicing in its strength,
and charges into the fray.
22 It laughs at fear, afraid of nothing;
it does not shy away from the sword.
23 The quiver rattles against its side,
along with the flashing spear and lance.
24 In frenzied excitement it eats up the ground;
it cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds.
25 At the blast of the trumpet it snorts, ‘Aha!’
It catches the scent of battle from afar,
the shout of commanders and the battle cry.
26 “Does the hawk take flight by your wisdom
and spread its wings toward the south?
27 Does the eagle soar at your command
and build its nest on high?
28 It dwells on a cliff and stays there at night;
a rocky crag is its stronghold.
29 From there it looks for food;
its eyes detect it from afar.
30 Its young ones feast on blood,
and where the slain are, there it is.”
40 The Lord said to Job:

2 “Will the one who contends with the Almighty correct him?
Let him who accuses God answer him!”
3 Then Job answered the Lord:

4 “I am unworthy—how can I reply to you?
I put my hand over my mouth.
5 I spoke once, but I have no answer—
twice, but I will say no more.”
6 Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm:

7 “Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.
8 “Would you discredit my justice?
Would you condemn me to justify yourself?
9 Do you have an arm like God’s,
and can your voice thunder like his?
10 Then adorn yourself with glory and splendor,
and clothe yourself in honor and majesty.
11 Unleash the fury of your wrath,
look at all who are proud and bring them low,
12 look at all who are proud and humble them,
crush the wicked where they stand.
13 Bury them all in the dust together;
shroud their faces in the grave.
14 Then I myself will admit to you
that your own right hand can save you.
15 “Look at Behemoth,
which I made along with you
and which feeds on grass like an ox.
16 What strength it has in its loins,

It's not his fault.

We have all the necessary assets to help those in need and refuse to do so. Have you seen the way people treat homeless people who have absolutely nothing?

Nobody lifts a finger to help them!

Stop blaming God.

Which One died for you?

(you do have a point....after all, Elijah, from the Old Testament, challenged approximately 850 priests and their gods....)

it was riveting.

God does not die.
 Quoting: Victor Vectors

Are you speaking of the one, true, and living God, El Elyon?

His only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ, the only begotten Son of the living God,the God of the living, did.

He was sent here TO die for us, as is written in the book of John, chapter 3, 16th verse, and as was prophesied in the very first book, Genesis, and also prophesied in the book of Isaiah.
 Quoting: canyouhearmenow?

I do not see how God not dying is connected to the Christ?
 Quoting: Victor Vectors

Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of the living God, was sent here to die for us. If in fact you are speaking of the one, true, and living God, God Most High, El Elyon, there is an inseparable "connection". Just as it is written in Isaiah, Jesus was proclaimed Almighty God, everlasting Father. He proclaimed that He and the Father are One, when He was here on earth.

3 Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.
4 “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.
5 Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?
6 On what were its footings set,
or who laid its cornerstone—
7 while the morning stars sang together
and all the angels[a] shouted for joy?
8 “Who shut up the sea behind doors
when it burst forth from the womb,
9 when I made the clouds its garment
and wrapped it in thick darkness,
10 when I fixed limits for it
and set its doors and bars in place,
11 when I said, ‘This far you may come and no farther;
here is where your proud waves halt’?
12 “Have you ever given orders to the morning,
or shown the dawn its place,
13 that it might take the earth by the edges
and shake the wicked out of it?
14 The earth takes shape like clay under a seal;
its features stand out like those of a garment.
3 They crouch down and bring forth their young;
their labor pains are ended.
4 Their young thrive and grow strong in the wilds;
they leave and do not return.
5 “Who let the wild donkey go free?
Who untied its ropes?
6 I gave it the wasteland as its home,
the salt flats as its habitat.
7 It laughs at the commotion in the town;
it does not hear a driver’s shout.
16 She treats her young harshly, as if they were not hers;
she cares not that her labor was in vain,
17 for God did not endow her with wisdom
or give her a share of good sense.
22 It laughs at fear, afraid of nothing;
it does not shy away from the sword.
23 The quiver rattles against its side,
along with the flashing spear and lance.
24 In frenzied excitement it eats up the ground;
it cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds.
28 It dwells on a cliff and stays there at night;
a rocky crag is its stronghold.
29 From there it looks for food;
its eyes detect it from afar.

7 “Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.
13 Bury them all in the dust together;
shroud their faces in the grave.
14 Then I myself will admit to you
that your own right hand can save you.
15 “Look at Behemoth,
which I made along with you
and which feeds on grass like an ox.
16 What strength it has in its loins,
what power in the muscles of its belly!
17 Its tail sways like a cedar;
the sinews of its thighs are close-knit.
18 Its bones are tubes of bronze,
its limbs like rods of iron.
19 It ranks first among the works of God,

Re: Let's talk about God
All mankind has Sinned and fell short of the glory of God.

The rapes, murders etc..., that is man doing these things, not God. We are rebelling against Him! We ALL need to repent (say Sorry) to Him and turn away from our sinning.

Think of Yahusha (Jesus) as our Lawyer before God, He took on that sin of ours....imagine that hey? He died for us, how many people do you know that would step up and Die for you? He did this so we could be forgiven and live.

The world was wiped out once before, the flood. Only 8 people lived for God then and followed His Laws. It's going to happen again, this time by Fire.

This was told to us by Yahusha (Jesus) during His 3.5 year ministry, there's not going to be many once again sadly.

Matthew 7:13-14
The Narrow and Wide Gates

13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

It's not a sin to not go to work, you just go hungry.

No, commandment doesn't mean law. And neither of those are capitalized.

Re: Let's talk about God

...

A man made out of dirt ate a magic apple, after a woman -made out of his rib- was tricked by a talking snake.

You know this is how 'sin' came into the world?
 Quoting: canyouhearmenow?

All man had was one Command from God - "Don't eat from the Tree of good and evil"
 Quoting: Spur-Man

Yes, and God knew they'd eat it before creating them, but still chose to create them, and the tree, and the snake. Which means he directly caused it.

That is, if you actually believe this story happened.
 Quoting: -Kate-

I believe the story, and it all began in the Heavens, the Angels and us were all given Free Will. Why? How deep is Love if you force it? Not genuine right? God wanted genuine Love from us, so He had to give us Free will to do this.

How deep is love if you constantly test it? Isn't God jealous like a husband is suspicious of his wife?

That's not true. He was supposed to tend to the Garden. That's a command.

The ten commandments are the laws of God - Torah in the old testament.
Even Jesus refers to them as the Law.

Matthew 5:18
18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
