Presumably, since saying not to eat from the tree is a command, you will also forgo pain management while in labor as he says to 'bring forth in pain,' right?

God KNEW with 100% certainty that Adam would eat the apple when he made him, right? Therefor it was not possible for Adam to not do it. So he didn't actually have a choice at all, just the illusion of choice.

God could have created a scenario where Adam didn't eat the apple, but he chose the scenario where Adam did eat the apple, so that he could torture billions of people in Hell, then sacrifice his own son to himself. Just coz.

An irrelevant point, because the 10 commandments didn't exist in the Garden of Eden.

This series was amazing, I just loved it and it helped me with my understanding tremendously.

People obsess with God saving man, but few focus on how we might help ourselves. How about self-responsibility over ongoing victim hood and obsession with the savior complex?

Regarding the raping/torturing/trafficking/murdering of children: JUSTICE PREVAILS. TRUTH PREVAILS. LOVE PREVAILS.

Ideally we would sufficiently numbers wise take a stand against this shit and bury it today. It is 100% unacceptable that these atrocities go on.

Secondarily it will return to balance eventually. Justice doesn't miss a beat. Those engaged in ongoing harm against others WILL PAY THE PRICE.

God PROMISED tough times on Earth. This is not Heaven, there should be no doubt!

Our sin separated us from God. God cannot look at sin! This all started in the Garden of Eden. Open your Bible, it is plainly written what God's stance is on the people he created.

Jesus died on the cross FOR OUR SIN, as He was sinless himself. By believing he did this for us, we can be saved from the 2nd death. EVERYONE must go through the first death. God does not stop death as it must occur.

They say God does not change. John 14 describes the meaning of love.

That would be me, I've had some miracles happen in my life after I cried out to Yahusha a few years back and I've never been the same. I know it's all true.

Snakes and all that is symbolism, you learn about all that when you study the fulfilled prophecies and they match what happened in real life history.

The destruction of Tyre prophecy was mind blowing, it was filled with symbolism....but real life revealed what that symbolism meant.

Same here....i've had miracles as well. It is a miracle that i even BELIEVE in God. i believe i was born into a family entrenched in generational curses. i should've died many times. Isaiah 54 was an anchor and a light for me in a swirling sea of darkness. it was as if God showed me WHO He is through those words. He taught me to trust Him, against all odds (and that might be one of the most profound miracles of all). i didn't trust Him or anyone else at the time. Why should i? i understand what the OP is saying and why. My father was a raging psychotic drunk. He lined all of us kids against the wall in the basement once and was gonna shoot us. i don't remember what happened...i must've been like 2.

i didn't want ANY "father", including a "heavenly Father"..why would i want one of them???!!! Ugh!

i didn't trust ANYBODY. And i didn't NEED anybody.

i was like a spooked horse. He was the only One Who knew what was in my locked-away heart, and why i was that way. He knew WHY i struck out at Him, and told Him to go away. He also knew that amongst those i hated, i hated and loathed myself infinitely more.

His patience and His grace towards me was un-ending and inexplicable.

He shone what it says in the book of Jeremiah, 33rd chapter, 3rd verse says, when i was a crumpled up soul on the floor of a very dark place.

He was the Lifter of my crestfallen, dragging head.

NO ONE had EVER done that for me. i was like those "invisible" people out there that might as well blend into the background, as throngs of people pass them by.

He was sooooo patient with me....that's why i love Gideon so much. God NEVER lost patience with him.

What was another miracle, is that i was able to forgive my mother before she died. i wrote a small piece on it. i might share it here.

THAT is when i "grew up", so to speak.

The miracle about that is that i had NO intention of forgiving my mother or anyone else.

God knew that i NEEDED to.

THAT is what breaks and demolishes those chains and snares of generational curses.

No one created the DNA that exists in my body. It came from my parents via meiosis, replication and mutation. Do you have evidence that someone created DNA?

Yes, I've read the entire bible. According to the myth of Genesis, death entered the world because a man made of dirt ate a magic apple, after a woman made from a rib was tricked by a talking snake.

If this was in any other book, you'd say it's obviously a fairy tale.

That's not what the Bible, God's Word, says.

In spite of everything, God LOVES you and me. Hs loved me as He taught me and made it possible in my heart, to love and forgive myself, and thus to love and forgive others. He loved me ALL through this, even as i snarled and cursed at Him and told Him to get the h*** away from me and told Him to go to h***. He NEVER EVER got angry with me. He KNEW how utterly damaged and wounded i was and even if i didn't care if i lived or died, He did.

i don't know what happened in your early life that hurt or disappointed you, and that skewed anything at all about this God Who LOVES you, and i am truly sorry for whatever happened.
