NY-PA border. lucky to hit mid 20'2 for high this week. next week we get near 30's and snow. goina b storm after storm with all that gulf moisture headed north.

been warmer winter than normal to the north.expect the jet stream to play a game for a while. will see extremes. down south u see cold for a few days then bounce back up. then most likely drop off again. could go thru this til end of March.

got it cleaned up and power back on.

roads in town are decent.

But heard there was a few wrecks on I-75

Visibility is down to almost zero as the wind and the snow make for some nifty snownadoes in the forest. There are even snow dunes growing in lovely waves reminding me of a windy holiday I had two decades ago in sandy Denmark. Utter insanity, this has soon been going on for twenty four hours and I'm running out of words to describe it.

Our roads are mostly clear here now in WKY. Had power go

in and out here as well. Biggest hit was cell and internet

services so far. Many trees down. Numerous wrecks in the

area but nothing like in TX. This next wave is already

being set up as a major impact for the area. There are 2

more waves coming in starting Sunday and again on

Thursday. It'll push services here to the breaking point

if it's as bad as predicted. They don't handle snow well

here. Especially when it's in feet instead of inches. So,

Here in Wichita, we are keeping the cabinet doors open and dripping the water. Been doing that now going on a week, with another week to go. My kitchen sink is on an outdoor wall and it's working so far. We haven't been above freezing since last Saturday and we currently have a -15 wind chill with an actual temperature of 4.

True, but I am overall fine. My fleece blanket helps to keep me warm-ish during the day. My sheet, blanket, and comforter setup for my bed definitely keeps me warm enough at night.
