It's been pretty crazy watching the prosecutor nod and shake his head when his witnesses were on the stand being cross examined.

He was absolutely leading those witnesses.

I remember the judge calling him out on it at least once.

That itself should cause for mistrial if Kyle is found guilty.

Kyle's team has one of the best use - of - force experts going to testify for him . [link to www.wpr.org (secure)] There is no need for Kyle to testify after Monday's testimony from gaige grosskreutz.

I like this JoAnne lady. She's a fresh perspective, and I hope she isn't intimidated by the prosecution.

Move for a directed verdict now.

I cannot recall seeing a better cause for a Directed Verdict than this case. The defense has already proven at least three prosecution witnesses have lied and should have the testimonies impeached. After all, the videos had already spoken volumes and the rest of this as just background filler.

Binger is being an ass and almost harassing the witness.

I am surprised no one else is commenting on this testimony. If I was one of the defense attorneys I would have objected to some of the questions. Binger is is nearly badgering the witness.

I could go into the whole thing, but we'd be here all day..

To the general population, the firearm in question is a 'gun', but technically it is a rifle. It drives me crazy to hear them keep referring to it as a gun.

I heard folks call her Grambo, I laughed out loud.

It seems the prosecution was just trying to catch her in a lie or make her alter or recollection. I wish he would stick to the facts.

Prosecutor has a LOT of issues...he is terrible.

Hard to believe how much time this dumb prosecutor spent trying to impeach "Grandbo".

His demeanor, especially against someone like her, won't play well with the jury. You would have thought she was the defendant the way he went after her.
