This may be hearsay. But I was watching a stream and heard this.

Grosskreutz EMT/Paramedic license expired in 2017 and he could not recertify because of the Gun charge against him.

So the first 20 minutes of his testimony could be impeached.

Judge just called the Jurors down so we are about to get underway.

You may be correct. I am operating from memory here. A lot of crap going down around that time, so I may be mistaken.

State is Calling James Armstrong to the stand he's a forensic imaging specialist.

Someone was caught filming the jury

Could have been protesters, Judge did not go into it.

Defendant sentenced to 4 months in the House of Correction with credit for 0 days time served. COURT STAYED THE SENTENCE and placed the defendant on probation with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Corrections for a period of 12 months. If revoked court grants huber for work and school.

How is this not a "directed verdict"?

After yesterday, it's clear this was self defense... no two ways about it...

What I read about "directed verdict" it has to be declared AFTER one side has completed its Testimony. So it could be implemented after the State presents its case.

State calls Dr. Doug Kelly to the stand he is a Forensic Pathologist.

Is it just me or does the medical examiners voice bother anyone else?


All that smacking and saliva gushing is incredibly bothersome. I wish he would take a drink of water and swish his mouth of that orchestra of noise producing bodily fluid.

This is correct. After the prosecution rests, the defense can then motion for a directed verdict, not before.

If this isn't a directed verdict of not guilty at the end of the prosecution's case I'll be surprised.

This really has nothing to do with anything, but the DA is wearing one of the cheapest, most poorly fitted suits I have seen in a long time.

I get it, decent suits are expensive, but would it be so awful to take that to a tailor. The space at the back of the neck gaping from his shirt is so annoying.
