Coroner is testifying. No big bombshells but his testimony is leaning towards the Defense.

Sounds like Rosie actually grabbed the muzzle of the rifle during his intended assault of Rittenhouse.

Hey BBQ with all this stipling talk do you think the defense plans to call a firearms expert? Cuz all this talk is just begging for facts like barrel length, powder grain weight etc.

Right and they haven't even addressed the point of whether the stock was extended or collapsed, which if collapsed, would have narrowed the gap between them.

Yeah when you really think about it there are a lot of variables to consider relating to the firearm.

They told the Judge they will rest their case when the Jury returns.

The guy who got shot straight up admitted Kyle was acting in self defense. No media is covering it though. You would think there would be charges brought against him and charges against Kyle get dropped. So if justice is served and Kyle walks away a free man get ready for looting and rioting to pick up again.

It was the hospital bag, but you can see in this angle it was not on fire. Back when all of this happened I did many screen shots to show it was just the lighting that made it look on fire. Certainly doesn't look like an empty water bottle weight though. I wonder if the chain he had was in the bag? Why would he drop or leave that chain anywhere once he had it?

I'm amazed that Grossbicep hasn't collected some copper jacketed lead behind one of his ears yet...

One thing I thought was VERY strange is that they used the GUN to do all of that distance and hand shot testimony..

Just wanted to recap the charges against Kyle.

Charges:
1. First Degree Reckless Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Joseph Rosenbaum)

2. First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Richard McGinnis, reporter for Daily Caller, not injured but near Rosenbaum when Rittenhouse fired)

3. First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (unknown male)

4. First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Anthony Huber)

5. Attempt First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Gaige Grosskreutz)

6. Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Person under the Age of 18

7. Fail to Comply with Order of Local Government - Emergency Management Activity (citation, carries no penalty) - everyone present was breaking the 7pm curfew issued by the sheriff.

Everytime they hold the rifle up I keep thinking will Kyle ever get his weapon back.
