I'm pretty certain they will wrap up today. Kyles attorney told the court yesterday the subpoena for Grosskreutz was issued for tomorrow, Wednesday. The prosecutor would have told the defense when they thought they would be finished with their case so this makes sense.

I think they also got a subpoena for Marsh for the Facebook post.

The bombshell from yesterday in case anyone missed it.

Shooting victim Gaige Grosskreutz says he was pointing his gun at young man

Under questioning from the prosecution, Grosskreutz said he had his hands raised as he closed in on Rittenhouse and didn't intend to shoot the young man.

But his testimony unraveled under questioning from the defense. During cross-examination, Rittenhouse defense attorney Corey Chirafisi asked: "It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him … that he fired, right?"

"Correct," Grosskreutz replied. The defense also presented a photo showing Grosskreutz pointing the gun at Rittenhouse, who was on the ground with his rifle pointed up at Grosskreutz.

I don't think marsh will admit to grosshurtz saying what he said to him. I think marsh will say he made it up because he was angry.amd upset. To the best of my knowledge.. marsh never made a sworn statements to police. And if Marsh denies grosskeurtz said it then it would be a moot point. How would defense would be able to prove it Unless they know something we don't know

That's probably why they got Marsh out of there yesterday, to coach him on what to say.

I think we have a thread somewhere on GLP where someone dowloaded the vid of Grosskuntz and his buddy stating their only regret was that they did not succeed in killing Rittenhouse.
