Looks like we're back.

Grosskreutz is a sad example of justice today. First, the state buys testimony but not charging people with crimes. Second, the state picks and chooses who to prosecute with its endless array of laws.

Grosskreutz is a satanic liar. His type are far too common these days. He thinks he can be clever with the truth. Sadly, many people, including jurors, will go along with his lies.

Sounds like Kyle's got quite a list of juvy priors. Definately doesnt help him. Or are those of the pending witnesses? I'm confused.

So Sal and Sam told a bunch of lies in their testimonies. Another great moment for the prosecution.

The defense told jurors twice in opening statements that Rittenhouse would testify, something many legal experts believe is essential to a successful self-defense claim.

In a case that hinges on the teen’s mindset when he pulled the trigger, they say, no one can provide jurors with insight into Rittenhouse’s state of mind better than Rittenhouse himself.

I do not see how his testimony will hurt his case. So far everything seems to have gone exactly as the videos have shown and been testified to.

This whole things seems so fake. I've done paralegal work and have researched many criminal cases and there are no surprises with witness responses at trial. They prep and coach them so thoroughly. We're to believe the prosecution witness flipped without warning? Anyhow, this is a show, just like the OJ trial. The question is why.

This witness doesn't remember much. I wonder if this is a ploy by the defense.
