I once thought that owning the joint would keep me and those I care about (my co-workers) out of harms way. I was wrong. We must remember one thing. When a man has nothing left to lose, he loses it. Materially, I am about to lose everything. Is my honor and principle really worth losing everything I have worked 16 hours a day for for 30+ years? . find unwaxed clients, we have done it, we created small group of people/businesses and will survive this crap. we all will lose 30-35% of profit initially, but I'm sure we will attract more unwaxed. Can you manage the company without physically being part of whoever goes to your clients' sites? i.e. can you retain/hire a vaxxed team to actually be the ones on site, while you hang back at the office so you are personally never required to get jabbed? This is how I'm thinking. I'm self-employed too, but in my industry I frequently have to go into Federal courthouses. If they mandate the vax to enter a Federal building, I may have problems, but I'll never get vaxxed. If it means I have to close my business that's preferable.
