It is important for you to mediate on the 8 or infinity symbol. Lions. Lion heads. Gold. Fire. Learning to use your cognizant imagination or clairvoyance. Meditate on the image of Quetzalcoatl, this ancient bird is supposed to help awaken your abilities.
Preparation is itself a form of strength. The Convenenza was the Cathar rite of preparation and strengthening for combat. It was administered to soldiers before going into battle or when courage and fortitude were required. The warrior was prayed over and passages from St. John’s Gospel read to him.
This person is eager to solve a problem, so eager that he may be a bit combative. He is commanding. He shouldn’t have to respond to every person goading him. Not every battle is his battle. He has much strength but must work on saving it for worthy adversaries. Learning clairvoyance or remote viewing. Then bird serves as your guide.

Hello Dory, for you I drew card XXI (21) The Consolamentum. More commonly known as The World. How very synchronistic. I’m finding that this entire process has been this way. I’m just going to keep riding with the signs as long as they’re coming forth.

The Consolamentum was the single most important rite of the Cathars. It could only be administered by one of the Perfecti, and it granted the same status to the Credent. Essentially it was a spiritual baptism performed through the laying on of hands, which “consoled” the Credent, conferred vis direct lineage leading back to Christ. The Cathars believed that the Holy Spirit descended upon the Credent, who opened the way to the divine world beyond (heaven.)

In divination, this card is about triumph over trials, tests, and problems. Success. Coming home. Completion. This card tells you that you have completed the long journey and that the outcome is a good one. More than that, it implies that you are a complete person and have balanced the conflicts in your life. Health is good. Perception sharp. It’s time to finish up the tasks you’ve been meaning to do involving signing the documents.

For you, this card is about annihilating desire by discovering it’s cause. I’m going to veer off from the books here and say that the root of all overindulgence - whether it be hoarding money, indulging in rich foods, excess, hoarding resources, stealing, and greed -the root of all of these things is a fear of scarcity. This fear is not based in reality. Your work involved helping others overcome this false fear of scarcity.
My recommendations for you is to research a man called Harald Kautz Vella and his words about scarcity. This person is supposed to be an inspiration for you and a guide for your work.

Hello, this one is for Uncle Gintel. For you, I’ve drawn card IV (4) Raymond de Trencavel, more commonly known as The Emperor.

Raymond Roger de Trencavel (1185-1209) gave shelter to the Cathars and was one himself. A man of principle, he did everything in his power to find a way of preventing the destruction of his lands and cities at the hands of the crusaders. But at every step, his plans were blocked and in the end, despite heroic efforts, he was captured and imprisoned in his own dungeon, where he died.
During his lifetime Raymond Roger did all he could to further the intellectual status of his land and people. Some commentators have identified him with the character of Perceval, the Grail Knight.

Hello Evie! Sorry I missed you. For you, I’ve drawn card XV (15) The Demiurge, otherwise known as the devil.

Do not be alarmed by this name. The demiurge is the gnostic “god” or charge of this earthly word. He is an emanation of the one great god. He is a lesser god. He does not own it nor did he create earth, he is similar to management or administration. He is not good nor evil but rather a specific ratio of both. His job is to maintain perpetual balance of light and dark on earth. The desired ratio is 66% light, 33% dark. In my research, I have learned that his purpose is to bring souls to earth-school (they must consent) as a means to experience suffering and pain, so as to bring forth empathy, mercy, forgiveness, kindness within them. In the light, there is no suffering or conflict and thus there is no motion or motivating factor to bring forth or draw out these characteristics in young souls.
