It could have been a supplement or something you regularly took in like food or drink, something animal-sourced, and you believed it to be helpful for you somehow when in fact it was not. It’s saying you would benefit from drinking extra water and getting light. I don’t know what type of light it means, but you might research different types of light therapy.
