It would not be consistent with those controls to grant a licence for the production of excisable goods for personal use. In particular, commercial operations would not include home» «growing» «of» «tobacco, home distillation of spirit or small scale production of biodiesel for personal use. so home growers can never get a licence. its all about the tax. heaven forbid they miss out. doesn't bother me too much as i dont smoke but people should have a choice For the avoidance of doubt, there is no such thing as 'American English'. (poor health) but then why don't they tax people for eating unhealthy food? why don't i get paid for living a healthy lifestyle? why don't they tax people for getting sunburnt? (skin cancer) it's preposterous. |

BTW, you CAN legally grow tobacco (nicotiana), but only for "ornamental purposes"... So.... I saw quite a few ripper juicy Papaver somniferum plants in their prime happily growing in the garden bed of a block of units the other day, incidentally. |

And you meet with the police explaining true law, international law, regarding inordinant null and void creations that violate natural law, common law, and constitution, AND inform them that is a crime to carry forth such an order for a null and void item. are you talking strawman stuff? No supreme court stuff and even international law, nuremburg trials stuff. These are not consitutional and violate natural and common law. And according to Nuremburg, common sense. You are not legally allowed to follow bad orders, and they executed germans for example, so you could be executed if you do. Supreme Courts have determined null and void. Their ordinances and corporate laws are not legal tender. In addition, a Canadian constitutional lawyer who wrote essays explained that a police officer or anyone carrying forth and enforcing an unlawful null and void law is committing a crime whether or not they know it. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. That being said, it would take some legal advocacy courses and a movement because these criminals don't care if its legal and they would still arrest. Its just that I don't believe one lives to comply. We are not to follow bad orders. And saying you can't grow your own organic tobacco for both savings and health reasons is very much following a bad order. I've grown several kinds of tobacco...most ciggies are a blend of different tobaccos. Burley has alot of nocotine but would be too harsh to smoke on its own. Black sea turkish tobacco could be smoked on its own...but probably a little light on the nicotine. Organically grown tobacco is the only place you can get the full B vitamin (B complex). Organically grown...not from a ciggie! You pinch a tiny bit of dried leaf & add it to a soup or stew. |
