Egg production ceases in the winter time anyway unless you provide an artificial Sun so they think it is still egg laying season.

About a billion chickens were euthanized not long ago. Pretty sure that had something to do with it.

that is BS, chickens always stop laying in the winter. There are ways to get some to keep laying or lay at a slower pace than 1 per day, but this is nothing new. Just the new reaction of society.

It is NOT normal to go to zero. It's usually a 20% drop off and only during the coldest periods.

My wife and I raise Chickens in Canada.
This winter we have more hens than ever before.
I have a light set up on a timer that increases 'daylight' hours (must have in winter to keep them producing) and this winter we've had the worst egg laying ever.

We aren't new to having egg chickens. We purchase our feed from a large Co-op (Not TSC but similar).
We will be switching our feed this weekend.

People with backyard chickens complaining on Tik Tok for the last few weeks, they say the feed purchased at Tractor Supply was the culprit. These are different people saying the same thing. They would change the feed and the chickens would immediately start laying eggs again. I heard a few changing it to goat feed with good results.

Chickens always slow down in winter, some molt as well which causes their bodies to stop producing eggs in return of producing feathers.
My wife and I have much experience in raising and owning chickens through Canadian winters and have perfected a system to keep them producing around 50 to 60% during this time.

A definite drop for sure, but not to zero.

This winter we have had more hens than any previous winter and we've had many days with zero or 1 egg. Sometimes we'd only get 5 eggs in a week. We are doing everything we've learned to do to keep production up and increasing their feed because of the cold. But something is definitely off.
We will be switching our feed this weekend.

isn't it something other than just artificial light or sunlamps? seems like it's some kind of cosmic rays from the Sun, or certain wavelengths, I don't know. it's something that affects the entire biosphere you know, all the energy coming from every plant receiving sun affects us all.

Bogus Bird Flu.

I was using Dumor chicken feed from Tractor supply and my chicks started laying soft egg shells. I started feeding them a feed I mix myself and started getting good healthy eggs. I read somewhere that Blackrock bought out Tractor Supply. Be careful stay alert to everything.

Hopefully someone is reporting this to the FDA though not holding out hope as they are in the WEF and gates pockets...

Most chick hatcheries vaccinate all chicks by default, some you can request no vax. I would assume that the mom chickens (at the hatcheries) are all vaxed with multiple vaxes.

That being said, chickens are always laying the worst during the darkest months. (nov/dec) They will, even now (end of Jan), start laying a few more each week, ramping up to Easter.

What does "woke" have to do with chicken feed, you stupid retard?

I'm not saying that the feed is not altered but chickens lay in cycles. During the winter due to short days and cold temperatures they always have a non laying period. A heat lamp on a timer in the hen house will produce an environment where you can still have egg. Just a little information with no internet drama.

Yes, direct real sunlight is better, that's why we aren't at 100%, but ANY light is better.
They need a minimum of 10-12 hours of light per day.
I love it when someone with ZERO experience in a matter espouses their opinion on something.
