Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....

I figured out early on that they were misdiagnosing our usual colds, flu, pneumonia, and fluid overload patients as "covid" to get money, and that they were killing them with covid treatment protocols.

99% of colleagues were brainwashed, but that is off-topic.

I refused the covid shot, the flu shot, and being singled out for daily invasive nasal swabbing in front of my manager which is what got me fired after 12 years of perfect evaluations.

Considering that they were killing even more people via intentional RN short staffing, I never understood how they could lie and make people believe that the forced shots were about "safety".

I filed with EEOC for discrimination. I have a sincerely held religious belief regarding altering my DNA and immune system. Even if I had bought into the covid crap, I still would have refused those shots. They are not vaccinations and they are dangerous. I follow the Marcionite church and the pre-nicene bible.

Today the EEOC passed on the statement from my employer which responded to my discrimination charge. They sent the EEOC a stock response saying that covid is killing more people than the Spanish flu and that the vaccines are fully effective and that it was their job to "keep everyone safe". They deny that I have a true religious belief. Others like me are receiving the exact same response from this employer.

I have to respond within 20 days. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I highly doubt we will be able to successfully sue them, people are already giving up.

I sued an ex employer via the EEOC Route and won the right to sue. The key is “as the employer, under eeoc guidelines, they have to provide you with a safe work environment free from harassment”. They did not do that, you were harassed because of your God given beliefs in protection of your body which was designed in the perfect image of God”. The EEOC is supposed to protect you. You need an attorney that has went up against the EEOC.

This probably won’t help, but a little advice is better than no advice. My case was sexual harassment.

You and people like you need to get together and open private practice clinics in states where you can do this.

This is the future of medicine, and also a different outlook toward health and the body that includes nutritional supplements, lifestyle, and personal health; mind,body, and soul.

I wish you luck, and fuck them ... one door closes and a new door opens, don't be afraid to walk away from them... I know it is scary to think of not having money, not having good credit, being homeless or something...but I think that when enough of us determine to leave the system as is, and help eachother...farming, growing "poison gardens" and "edible forests"... having real community, and reviving or rebuilding culture and tradition together with like minded people... it won't matter what they do, or what the news is, we are sort of like the new Amish..I still have my job, and so it is easy to say these things...but that is where my heart is, it comforts me to have a plan and I am pretty sure there are others like me.

Hang in there! Another option might be to just move somewhere or advertise as a personal nurse who is unvaccinated.

Their little games are rigged,but if you are set on keeping the job I hope you find a way.

Why would you want to even work in a place like that?

There actions show they don't give a rats azzz about you or anyone..

Find a job with healthy caring people

Because it starting to feel like to me that the pain and suffering from this anxiety could be addressed through a lawsuit. Just on the merit of the undo anxiety let alone the merit of it happening during a pandemic.

Second lawsuit could be for possible defamation of your character for saying your chosen religion isn’t religious enough to merit approval based upon your constitutional rights to worship freely.


Third lawsuit is to prove the vaccine didn’t prevent transmission. Therefore you getting the vaccine does absolutely nothing for anyone else. Killing their claim that covid killed more than Spanish Flu. It becomes irrelevant.

Lawyers generally will make every effort to lose this case 99.9% of them, because they're the deep state and are behind all this bullshit.

You're going to have a real big problem finding one that's honest one that won't just steal your money until you run out of it.
