There are plenty of things about it, search covid religious exemption, most of what the employer said isn't relevant. Keeping everyone safe isn't relevant. Vaccine efficacy isn't relevant.

Re: Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....
I figured out early on that they were misdiagnosing our usual colds, flu, pneumonia, and fluid overload patients as "covid" to get money, and that they were killing them with covid treatment protocols.

99% of colleagues were brainwashed, but that is off-topic.

I refused the covid shot, the flu shot, and being singled out for daily invasive nasal swabbing in front of my manager which is what got me fired after 12 years of perfect evaluations.

Considering that they were killing even more people via intentional RN short staffing, I never understood how they could lie and make people believe that the forced shots were about "safety".

I filed with EEOC for discrimination. I have a sincerely held religious belief regarding altering my DNA and immune system. Even if I had bought into the covid crap, I still would have refused those shots. They are not vaccinations and they are dangerous. I follow the Marcionite church and the pre-nicene bible.

Today the EEOC passed on the statement from my employer which responded to my discrimination charge. They sent the EEOC a stock response saying that covid is killing more people than the Spanish flu and that the vaccines are fully effective and that it was their job to "keep everyone safe". They deny that I have a true religious belief. Others like me are receiving the exact same response from this employer.

I have to respond within 20 days. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I highly doubt we will be able to successfully sue them, people are already giving up.

My answer depends on you.

Do you want to fight?

Or

Do you just want your job?

Because it starting to feel like to me that the pain and suffering from this anxiety could be addressed through a lawsuit. Just on the merit of the undo anxiety let alone the merit of it happening during a pandemic.

Second lawsuit could be for possible defamation of your character for saying your chosen religion isn’t religious enough to merit approval based upon your constitutional rights to worship freely.

Third lawsuit is to prove the vaccine didn’t prevent transmission. Therefore you getting the vaccine does absolutely nothing for anyone else. Killing their claim that covid killed more than Spanish Flu. It becomes irrelevant.

I sued an ex employer via the EEOC Route and won the right to sue. The key is “as the employer, under eeoc guidelines, they have to provide you with a safe work environment free from harassment”. They did not do that, you were harassed because of your God given beliefs in protection of your body which was designed in the perfect image of God”. The EEOC is supposed to protect you. You need an attorney that has went up against the EEOC.

This probably won’t help, but a little advice is better than no advice. My case was sexual harassment.

The ONLY VALID RELIGIOUS ISSUE IS SIMPLE.

DO YOU BELIEVE IN PROOF OR DO YOU BELIEVE IN GROUP PRESSURE OR MYTH?

There's no actual, honest medical proof that the jab is a vaccine as known and described medically for over 2 centuries.

There's no vaccine that let's you get sick and transmit the disease and allegedly only let's you get a little bit sick.

It's bullshit and no group of profiteers are allowed to change it.

Vaccines of old may have been a good thing, but that doesn't mean that everything is a vaccine just because the salesmen say it is.

Time to change careers to one that doesn't force you to take deadly injections designed to cause death and heart attacks. That's what the covid vaccines were designed to do. This is such an excellent response! And I agree with everything you said.

To the OP of this post- I am deeply sorry you (and others) have had to go through such horror. It really breaks my heart. Never expected to see anything like this in my lifetime. It has ruined so many.

I would be one of the first in line if you opened up your own practice like the commenter suggested.

The medical industry should be down on their hands and knees catering to YOU and doing what they can to keep you happy and a part of their team, not alienating you.

I wish there was something I could say or do to change what is going on or help.

If you ever do decide to go into business for yourself, let people know what you're all about. I guarantee you will have lines out the door.

All the best to you and everyone else in the same situation.

Get a lawyer. Winning a lawsuit isnt really the goal. They are very likely to pay you off to go away.

It's my view you don't have to say new. Just say what you said again. You don't have to prove you're religious to them.

Add to this wonderful post....

You were singled out for testing because you were unvaccinated, even though the vaxxed can get and spread covid, and they were not required to be tested. They endangered you by not testing everyone.

It seems they violated HIPPA laws with mandatory testing in front of other people.

They changed the terms of your employment, which you did not agree to. Had you known that being a part of a Phase 3 trial was required for employment, you never would have accepted the job in the first place.

Run with it OP, you got this!

"They deny you have true religious beliefs. Do you go to church? Do you have proof of membership? Do you ever spread the word? How would they know?

If no proof...

Do some net searches:

"How many Christians in America?"
"How many Catholics in America?"
"How many Presbyterians in America?"
"How many Jehovah witnesses in America?"
"How many Orthodox in America?"
"How many Mormons in America?"

You will find out 30% of Americans are atheists. That means 30% of the staff are atheists.

Bring those searches to them, ask them is the believe that 70% of their staff believes in God, Jesus, Bible, church, religion. Then ask them how they come to the conclusion you are one of the atheists

Read this through, use the language within without appearing obnoxious as much as possible. Note, employers generally may not question the sincerity of your beliefs without a basis for doing so.

[link to www.eeoc.gov (secure)]

“Like the religious nature of a belief, observance, or practice, the sincerity of an employee’s stated religious belief is usually not in dispute and is “generally presumed or easily established.” Further, the Commission and courts “are not and should not be in the business of deciding whether a person holds religious beliefs for the ‘proper’ reasons. We thus restrict our inquiry to whether or not the religious belief system is sincerely held; we do not review the motives or reasons for holding the belief in the first place.”

The employer has no authority to dismiss YOUR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. The EEOC code states they have to give you benefit of the doubt without evidence that you are full of shit.

You will destroy them with a good lawyer. DO NOT BACK DOWN.
