Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....

Im in a similar situation. Ive been out of work since the end of 2020. I live in a state that considers the 2 boosters as fully vaxxed. I cant even go back to school because they all require you to be fully vaxxed to go as well. What can we do though? As long as there are others who are willing to take the shot, we are powerless.

Most hospitals retain the services of a literal "lawyer war machine" for all the lawsuits that pop up.

At best you might be able to get an out of court settlement, because they dont want to waste their time fighting you.

But to be clear...They have ZERO fear of losing to individual lawsuits brought up against them.

In 20 years I've only known one employee sue and win an employment case, and that was because they actual did something over the line.

This will simply be a case of: We reserve the right to fire anyone at anytime, for any reason.

Better off joining a class action lawsuit if you want to get anywhere...but that could take years...a decade...

All a friend and me did was find a pastor, wrote a letter

telling them all the Biblical versus that prove our

position (God moved me and I found 15-20 scriptures)

then have the pastor write a letter stating that your beliefs

are legitimate and that he supports your effort to remain

'in a holy state' by not taking any injections that would

compromise your body with chemicals.

The pastor does not have to 'say' you attend their church

or ANY church. The fact that he supports your position

is enough and they have to accept this.

And we we're excused from getting any injections.

Trust me, I know you're thinking you may not have a

chance if your like me and don't attend a church regularly.

They do not have to say how they know you, do not have to

say how you came to them for this issue, just they support

your position and that you are Biblically correct.

They sent the EEOC a stock response saying that covid is killing more people than the Spanish flu and that the vaccines are fully effective and that it was their job to "keep everyone safe". They deny that I have a true religious belief. Others like me are receiving the exact same response from this employer.

I have to respond within 20 days. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I highly doubt we will be able to successfully sue them, people are already giving up.

Many of us were sending them stuff like that last autumn but they would either dismiss it as conspiracy theory or ignore it completely and not respond. The HR staff too, were so ignorant it blew me away.

I don't know if it is a good tactic to do anything but state that I have a sincerely held religious belief. I don't think that expressing the idea that I truly believe that the whole covid thing is satanic and against god is going go get me anywhere.

Going in for second J&J tomorrow in order to stay in nursing school. I got a ton of info on detoxing myself of the spike protein. I have nothing else going for me. So it’s either I finish school or I blow my own head for being a loser. Either way I’m fucked, so I’ll take my chances. If I die my family gets paid anyways.
