Re: Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....
I figured out early on that they were misdiagnosing our usual colds, flu, pneumonia, and fluid overload patients as "covid" to get money, and that they were killing them with covid treatment protocols.

99% of colleagues were brainwashed, but that is off-topic.

I refused the covid shot, the flu shot, and being singled out for daily invasive nasal swabbing in front of my manager which is what got me fired after 12 years of perfect evaluations.

Considering that they were killing even more people via intentional RN short staffing, I never understood how they could lie and make people believe that the forced shots were about "safety".

I filed with EEOC for discrimination. I have a sincerely held religious belief regarding altering my DNA and immune system. Even if I had bought into the covid crap, I still would have refused those shots. They are not vaccinations and they are dangerous. I follow the Marcionite church and the pre-nicene bible.

Today the EEOC passed on the statement from my employer which responded to my discrimination charge. They sent the EEOC a stock response saying that covid is killing more people than the Spanish flu and that the vaccines are fully effective and that it was their job to "keep everyone safe". They deny that I have a true religious belief. Others like me are receiving the exact same response from this employer.

I have to respond within 20 days. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I highly doubt we will be able to successfully sue them, people are already giving up.

I am dealing with something similar here in WA state. I have not been able to see their response yet, & emailed EEOC today as it seems they are dragging their feet. From what you posted, it does not seem that your employer justified their case. They have no right to determine if your religious beliefs are true or not, only that granting you an exemption would cause undue hardship for them as a company, which they cannot prove. Even at the time that they were denying exemptions & saying unvaccinated need to be tested weekly, it was already proven that the vaccinated were the ones more likely to have the virus & be asymptomatic. So, not only can you go after them for firing you, but you can go after them for unlawfully denying your religious exemption, AND for discrimination by forcing you to get weekly testing when the known science did not justify it. I hope you get to hurt them bigtime.

Are they you? They can’t say you don’t have a religious belief. Hit them with a questionaire how they know you. How many years, personal level? Been to your home? Etc. Anything you can force them to answer etc. They don’t know you. What they said is an opinion only.
Whatever remains however improbable must be the truth.

You got your response.

Get an attorney. How are they or anyone in HR qualified to to determine whether you hold "true religious" beliefs.

How would they determine what you believe other than mind reading?

This is an ability to read minds claim (which is impossible) and is a loser in philosophic circles and I imagine would be horse shit in legal circles.

But only an attorney is qualified to make that claim. As a non attorney its assumed you don't have the ability to argue abstract claims (even if you are right and your argument is solid and logical).

I say its analogous to black man saying he is black but someone at HR saying, you look black but you don't have a "true" belief you are black. How can anyone make that claim without reading minds?

You passed the test!!

You could not be swayed into evil!

You have a great and shining soul.

On your death day, you will be standing as a pillar of honor as you are judged, and will be granted a path to better things.

For the remainder of this life you can do no wrong, I would suggest the path of a home birth midwife, or natural healer.

There used to be a couple of groups to contact for advice.

One was a lawyer that was suing for all the deaths and was accumulating info. I have to think of the name, and the other was a group formed by the hundreds of doctors that were giving advice, consultations, scripts and lots of info.

I remember they were advicing people what to write in their letters. Have to find these two.

You don't remember how they were being shared everywhere?

Re: Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....
Joe Biden broke the record for most donations from big pharma.
8.4M, more than 3x Trumps 2.6M and more than HRC's 3m in 2016.

Then he tries mandating the shot - a product from the companies that gave him the record breaking political donation.

Mandate help, but by themselves don't really help pharma. Shots administered is what they take to the bank.
So Joe Biden's huge political donation from big pharma requires your participation.

Therefore, forcing you to get the vaccine is the same as forcing you to make a political donation to Joe Biden.

A whole world of fuck is upon us and if they, as medical professionals can’t understand the data and journal articles then it is open season for lawsuits.

Bury them with data and when they do not respond then go to work.

Look into Traveling Nursing.
These RN's are not forced to get that jab...EVER. Plus they receive almost twice the pay as other RN's and you get paid for travel and Gas.

Many hospitals have been forced to hire traveling RN's to fill the huge gap in their staff from those they fired.

You can not fight this from inside. They feel they have the power...but in the end the Admin staff have no RN skills but seemed to want to let them leave.

At first, you were fired because you refused to vaccinate. You left the position as instructed and filed your complaint properly with the EEOC. The HR department then, unjustly and without any supporting evidence rejected your religious exception on the basis of their subjective opinions and not out of ethical conduct or supporting information.

It might be time to turn this toward a new direction.

You’ve clearly been the victim of discrimination. Look into personal injury attorneys, as this might be classified under “vaccine injury” as well, since your religious values were cross examined, insulted, and deemed invalid and you were financially injured due to horrible HR incompetence.

Don’t give up. You’re a legend.

i think the only way to win would be to demand that they produce a sample of covid 19. and prove its existence, and then prove that it is contagious.

otherwise, it should have nothing to do with your religious beliefs, but everything to do with THEIR religious beliefs that covid is real and killing people.

as soon as you make it about your beliefs, you lose.
make them prove their boogyman is real, if they cant, thats grounds to say they are forcing you into BELIEVING, which is a violation of your rights, what these people have done is integrated a pseudoscience cult into our country, the government is prohibited from having an established religion.

if you can manage to sue them for violating this constitutional law, then i can see hope in your case, if you go into it with ANY other reason, you will lose.

I was having this fight with my employer, and I gave up, but if you feel like pushing this into the courts, change your game plan, understand that they are pushing a religion onto you, and attack them for doing that. God bless you

Im in a similar situation. Ive been out of work since the end of 2020. I live in a state that considers the 2 boosters as fully vaxxed. I cant even go back to school because they all require you to be fully vaxxed to go as well. What can we do though? As long as there are others who are willing to take the shot, we are powerless.

Best to just find a new profession. I dont see Hospitals backtracking on Masks and vaccinations anytime soon, if ever.

If anything actually serious happens, like a REAL bio attack, they will most certainly double down on everything, and you'd be in the same position again.

Let it go.
