Fired a few months ago from hospital RN job over covid stuff and ....
I figured out early on that they were misdiagnosing our usual colds, flu, pneumonia, and fluid overload patients as "covid" to get money, and that they were killing them with covid treatment protocols.

99% of colleagues were brainwashed, but that is off-topic.

I refused the covid shot, the flu shot, and being singled out for daily invasive nasal swabbing in front of my manager which is what got me fired after 12 years of perfect evaluations.

Considering that they were killing even more people via intentional RN short staffing, I never understood how they could lie and make people believe that the forced shots were about "safety".

I filed with EEOC for discrimination. I have a sincerely held religious belief regarding altering my DNA and immune system. Even if I had bought into the covid crap, I still would have refused those shots. They are not vaccinations and they are dangerous. I follow the Marcionite church and the pre-nicene bible.

Today the EEOC passed on the statement from my employer which responded to my discrimination charge. They sent the EEOC a stock response saying that covid is killing more people than the Spanish flu and that the vaccines are fully effective and that it was their job to "keep everyone safe". They deny that I have a true religious belief. Others like me are receiving the exact same response from this employer.

I have to respond within 20 days. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I highly doubt we will be able to successfully sue them, people are already giving up.

You and people like you need to get together and open private practice clinics in states where you can do this.

This is the future of medicine, and also a different outlook toward health and the body that includes nutritional supplements, lifestyle, and personal health; mind, body, and soul.

I wish you luck, and fuck them ... one door closes and a new door opens, don't be afraid to walk away from them... I know it is scary to think of not having money, not having good credit, being homeless or something...but I think that when enough of us determine to leave the system as is, and help eachother...farming, growing "poison gardens" and "edible forests"... having real community, and reviving or rebuilding culture and tradition together with like minded people... it won't matter what they do, or what the news is, we are sort of like the new Amish..I still have my job, and so it is easy to say these things...but that is where my heart is, it comforts me to have a plan and I am pretty sure there are others like me.

Hang in there! Another option might be to just move somewhere or advertise as a personal nurse who is unvaccinated.

Their little games are rigged, but if you are set on keeping the job I hope you find a way.

Yes. I got away from them and am no longer their slave. I can hold my head up high knowing that I never administered a covid shot nor kept families away from patients. I let them in and hid them every chance I got. I guess I wanted to get fired. But being true to my beliefs is worth more than a payout from a discrimination suit.

Screw it, it's not worth begging Satan for your job. Move on to a new employer and enjoy being treated better.

We are hiring RNs where I'm employed and you get to work from home doing case work for pre-auth. You basically take calls that funnel up from intake and do peer-to-peer reviews.

There are many companies like mine that are hiring RNs to work remote. Cool thing is, you can travel and work from anywhere.

Just prove your religious affiliation

And then have them find the code that justifies denying religious freedom

Even an Obama stocked courthouse would have trouble denying you such a claim. The important thing here is to remain serene, knowledgeable, and unwavering. This often is convincing enough to most people

Take em to court. They will only then understand by ruling on this case, a precedent is set. Denying religious freedom is not a good precedent to set, as it would be overturned/judge humiliated. Most judge are about their ego, and only make rulings in line with that

Former nursing home nurse chiming in here. I witnessed early on what was going on. Kudos to you for standing your ground against these injections. I wish you luck with your endeavor to pursue a legal battle as a result of your declination of these insidious shots. If I can offer you any advice, look for a private clinic in your area that is not mandating this sh!t on their staff. There are still a few around, at least for now. Or, look for work with an alternative medicine practice, like functional medicine. It's more rewarding to work with a functional med doc, because you are no longer just writing scripts for drugs manufactured by the very same companies pushing this "vaccine" agenda, but actually addressing the problems via nutritional deficits, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes that can truly help people far more in the long run.

Be that as it may, its actually very simple?

A vaccine prevents infection and it preve to spread.
They admitted that the jab does neither.
It's not been approved so it's still investigational and by law is not legally allowed to be mandatory or required.
You have to understand the CDC cannot mandate or require shit, it's not a proper govt agency and it's not in charge of changing medicolegal definition of what a vaccine is.
THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CLAIM ITS A VACCINE ARE THE DIRECT FINANCIAL BENEFICIARIES OF SELLING IT.

JEZZEZ, ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT, you just have to not believe the mindfuck.

It's not a vaccine, and it will kill you eventually.

research from the legislation, or regulations

what qualifies as a sincerely held religious belief

for the purpose of EEOC

to win an argument like this, you basically have to shove the the statute, or the regulation, down their throat, showing how you satisfy it to the letter, in an unambiguous and literal way

i think the EEOC specifies employer must make a reasonable accomdation, and they are attempting to argue such is not possible in your case ( spanish flu ). that will be difficult to beat because they have the CDC on their side. you can try. look up the specific language, and attempt to shove it down their throat again. you could try to cite research papers, as reviewed by experts like dr. peter mccullough

I sort of think they WANTED you gone, which is very sad and everyone will have a worse experience now at that hospital now that your spirit is gone from there. I like the ideas of others here, saying use your skills to help people with medical stuff who are not vaxed?

First, you should say that you KNOW first hand that people are dying from hospital protocol and that no "vaccine" can protect anyone from that. So what if it's been said? Say it again.

Remember the nurse who went to NYC at the beginning of this shitshow, noticed they were killing the patients and then posted a video about it? She has a website.

Also, she and a couple others started America's Clinic.

GOOD for you !!!!
The current medical establishment has shot themselves in the foot by putting FRN's before their sacred oath.

It will now suffer the death of a thousand cuts. However,
there are still as many people with medical needs as there where . Even as a street medic , you will always have a job .

Open up a first aid center , in a small rural town , that is way too far away from a major hospital. You have the skills ,you can do it .

I'm sorry for what you're going through.
when I went through something similar, I called at least a dozen attorneys to ask them about my rights.
(I had also been refusing the shot because of my religious beliefs.)

only One of the attorneys would even talk with me.

he told me that if I had lots of money, he'd take my case.

however, I would have to keep in mind that hospitals and doctors have far more money than I do and even if I won the case they would appeal until I was either penniless or dead.
that's exactly how he said it.

like I said, sorry for what you're going through.
but there are many people who have been through similar.
we are not alone.
at least we still have our health and the people who actually succumbed and took the shots do Not....

something for you to consider --

personally, I'd WAY rather have a visiting RN that would attend to my healthcare needs than some corporate doctor who does what he's told to do and gets bribed for pushing certain drugs and procedures.

I think you might be missing out on a huge opportunity.
I'm not the only one who feels this way.
If I had RN skills, I'd already be out there trying to help people by going to THEM and spending some time, seeing how they are living, why they are ill, taking the time to hear them and see what they really need to do to get themselves better.

but that's just me....

good luck with everything.

All a friend and me did was find a pastor, wrote a letter

telling them all the Biblical versus that prove our

position (God moved me and I found 15-20 scriptures)

then have the pastor write a letter stating that your beliefs

are legitimate and that he supports your effort to remain

'in a holy state' by not taking any injections that would

compromise your body with chemicals.

The pastor does not have to 'say' you attend their church

or ANY church. The fact that he supports your position

is enough and they have to accept this.

And we we're excused from getting any injections.

Trust me, I know you're thinking you may not have a

chance if your like me and don't attend a church regularly.

They do not have to say how they know you, do not have to

say how you came to them for this issue, just they support

your position and that you are Biblically correct.

I know you got this. You can do it, pray and act on it.

All will be fine! God Bless! hf
