I used to be a vegetarian. I was really healthy and extremely energized when I was.
I really want to get back to that.
I'm ok with eating meat every once in a while.

But it really makes me fat af.

Anyway the best pulled pork substitute is jack fruit, I have yet to try it but they serve it at the local beach and I've heard rave reviews.
