actually banana peels have a goodly amount of nutrition in them but I have not tried any banana peel recipies.

squirrels really love dried up black banana peels though... so I put them out for them. Raccoons might like them too... but I haven't observed one personally eating them.. but they get eaten so fast that I suspect raccoons like them too.

Most people (97% of Americans) dont eat enough fiber. Fiber is what keeps the intestines working efficiently and keeps the body healthy. Fiber only comes from plants.
