This is a WITCH HUNT, it appears that the prosecutor has an axe to grind with this young man.

The entire system is broken, if you defend yourself you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,... this is much like in the days of Kings and Lords when they would have their way with your wife or daughter and if you dared to try to defend them you were killed in the most horrific of ways.

The entire city was filled with criminal activity, it was complete chaos and the Authorities allowed and enabled this criminal behavior.

The system is broken, I pray this young man is found not guilty because he is not guilty and the prosecutor knows that and that is why he is now trying Kyle on procedural or administrative law.. Basically LAW FARE at it finest.
