The prosecutor claimed they had an ASU admin cliam it, but later said no more witnesses. Looks like they found out it was probably a liar.

So the Jury will come back on Monday, for Jury instruction and then closing arguments.

12 Jurors will be selected by draw of the hat. There are currently 18 Jurors.

The way evil gets its way, if we hear Kyle is not acquitted, it will be very very disappointing, i cant think of a strong enough word. He might be acquitted on innocent of murder, but they might ding him on carrying a weapon without proper paperwork that you need.

I will be so mad if anything goes against him. And mad if riots begin.

Nothing with the jurors. Just judge/attorney matters.

They will riot wether or not his verdict is guilty. They will murder if it is anything but guilty.

That is their promise to us. Regardless of the outcome they promise us blood and terror.

What will we do if we watch a young man be hung out to dry for doing what was morally and ethically right and justified and what so many more MEN should also have been doing and be doing currently? How depraved have we actually become, if we allow an innocent hero to be sent to the slaughter?

How can we ever look another in the eye, or ourselves for that matter, if we stand by and do nothing over this?

They didn't say, as far as I heard. Judge said the attorneys have to submit proposals, etc. Sounded more like paperwork type stuff. Not sure.

GMA called this guy the only Rittenhouse survivor. They made it seem as if Kyle had gone on a big killing spree.

The defense wanted it on friday into saturday, but left it up to the court.

I think the Jury will probably acquit on all charges except the "Youth in possession" charge. I think the judge will basically instruct them to find that conviction, even though they have the power to find as they please but don't know it.

Because according to the state witnesses they dont know nuffin bout stretched pickles.

What has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt is that armed insurrection was taking place that night in that place in Kenosha Wisconsin without any exercise of lawful civil or higher military authority.

The lesson is that the militia needs to declare these events to be insurrection in real time and to act accordingly.

Kyle Rittenhouse, being the highest ranking member of the militia present on that battlefield would have been acting within his authority, his circumstance and the rules of land warfare had he summarily adjudicated and punished the armed insurrectionist war criminals Joshua Ziminski and Gaige Grosskreutz.
