This is beyond ridiculous.

Graphic conversions and video and image encoding also distort the image, so nothing is 100% truthful.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't trust the FBI or their last minute evidence as far as I can kick 'em. Gee, could it be that it was last minute because they were spending half a year altering it?

Interesting he says the resizing is "repeatable". There are some non deterministic resize algorituhims. He claims he doesn't know what the algorothm does, he cannot say it's non deterministic.

The State is being accused of altering it.

THis state "expert" witness doesn't even understand the basics of how resize works. He just memorized buzz words to sound smart.

I'm going to guess I'm just as confused as I am and when it gets brought up in delib I would hope they opt to not consider the photo because what you can see in the picture is actually speculation. You might see a gun but I just see arm etc. This is getting to technical and way beyond some people's comprehension of technology.

There is a law of phsyics, you can't add information to something and add clarity. Basically, you may be able to reduce noise, but you can't add anything to make the signal (sound, video, photo, etc) quality better.

If I was the judge I'd tell them to get a magnifying glass and a camera and take a picture.
