No. I rather doubt it, tsk tsk to the media who missed out on that. It looked to me like a staged scene of a plane taxing slowly down a runway with bit part players being paid to play the role of ignorant people who imagine that it's okay to fly on the outside of a plane. Virtually all the images I have seen out of Afghanistan are media created stories to tell with their partners in the State Dept. That's certainly how it looks from my tv screen.

If you look at the videos, there are Caucasians there chasing the planes. 10,000 American civilians are in Afghanistan wanting to be rescued. This should have been done weeks/months ago. Biden administration botched this.

Just remember, people needing to be saved from the Taliban are NOT only in Kabul. They're in other Afghan cities.

Th facts are the US military had become the Police force that provided security for the Afgan elites. Afghanistan is or was a country that 99% of its people were very poor and their only way out was to join the Taliban. The very day the US pulls out its Military protections, the poor began reclaiming a little something. Watch this and watch how fast the fighting starts up with Taliban factions fighting each other for limited resources. This region will never stabilize .

The videos from Afghanistan are eerily similar to those Hollywood staged first in 1937 and then again in 1973 for the original and remake of James Hilton's 1933 novel, LOST HORIZON.

In them, American and British diplomats and citizens are forced to evacuate from advancing Chinese forces who are mowing down everything in site with machine guns, as hundreds of terrified people swarm the tarmac desperately chasing those planes.

And, even the locations sound familiar since the evacuation takes place in a town called Baskula with their destination Peshawar!

Once again, art imitates life. Or, is it the other way around?

I applaud Afghanis for taking back their country and enforcing their local customs and traditions: putting women back in their place, maintaining security, being tough on crime… these cowards trying to flee the country have refused to fight for it and now hope to get a free ride in the West.
