so how do you guys think its going so far ?

I'm going to give yesterday to the Prosecution. When the Defense showed the Jury the Prior arrest video from 2019 he didn't show them where Floyd said "I can't Breathe" That was the Bombshell he should have dropped.

And the EMT from the 2019 arrest wasn't allowed to testify that she told Floyd he needed to go to the hospital immediately or he was going to die from a heart attack due to his blood pressure.

not good, it was supposed to be a day for the defense

its hard to watch these live links... with liberal mainstream news casters. Showing so much bias against the defense

if we are scoring it in wins per day, the defense is still leading by a big tally

It seems like they could say he had his knee just resting on him, to make sure he doesnt get up... instead of applying major force with all the weight mashing him into the ground. You can clearly see that his face or neck area isnt flattened a bit against the concrete.

All of the Jury is from the area where this occurred.

They have all seen bits and pieces of the Viral video, the most incriminating parts that were cherry picked by the State for them to see.

Both sides did well Cross examining the others Experts.

The defense is Floyd died of an Overdose due to a bad heart.

The rest is still to be seen.

The defense only has to prove reasonable doubt.Im not sure if they have done that yet in the eyes of this Jury.

I predict a Hung Jury is the best the Defense can do.

What happens with a hung jury? Retrial?

Judge may then declare a mistrial.
