Maybe. The jurors may find aggressive questioning off putting. They may find it unfair. They may even find it offensive.

Court Reporter said the Jury was taking notes and paying close attention to Dr Fowlers testimony this morning.

Judge Cahill needs to admonish this prosecution team. It seems they are allowed to do whatever they wish however the defense is held to a different, more stringent set of rules altogether.

It’s Nelson’s job to object. I don’t know why he doesn’t at times. I’ll assume he has a reason. Or maybe he is worn out.

Was perplexed by his behavior in that regard myself.

Can't say how many times I yelled objection at my monitor and Nelson sat silent.

This thread is strangely quiet today. The testimony is somewhat riveting. Seems like the Dr is handling this line of circular questioning quite well.

I noticed that too. Court Burnout. Im having a hard time staying awake also. Heard all this over and over.

Each day that goes by, my confidence that Chauvin will be acquitted grows stronger. I don't think that those not paying attention are aware that this has a strong chance of him being acquitted. When the verdict comes in, and he possibly is acquitted, the chaos and destruction will be off the charts. I think especially because people thought this trial was a shoo-in...The videotape was enough in their minds for an easy conviction. Be ready, and be prepared, all.

It's OK, he had a healthy amount of meth in his system!

I think I’m a little burnt out on it. And I think I’ve consumed too much media lately. I don’t want to get high blood pressure like St. George of Fentanyl! So I’ve just been checking in occasionally on the testimony.

What I saw did like like this doctor is a good witness. By that I mean fair, objective, and honest.
