I think that the "Carrington Event" hype has been overplayed
by TPTB due to what I BELIEVE is the real culprit right now
with regard to folks getting sick in transatlantic commercial
airline trips...and upticks in the elderly having strokes,
heart attacks and migraine headaches. THAT is that we are
seeing the beginning of what could be a Galactic Wave Cycle
as predicted by Dr. Paul LaViolette.

I've mentioned this before in some of my threads...but you
can find out more about this in the book "Earth Under Fire"
or checking his website at "etheric dot com" where there
are articles about this cycle. It isn't covered in the
space weather news for the most part because it started out
as being only a theoretical idea...but since the 1990's
it has been proven that Earth goes through these cycles
when the CORE STAR of the Milky Way erupts. They have
found this mechanism in other Galaxies and it is a NORMAL
PROCESS but causes disruptions on ours and other planets.

LaViolette (on his website) expected some serious events
similar to Carrington Event as early as 2009...but predicting
exact dates for these HUGE events is very difficult to do.

good video interview where he gives the info as well.

I dont think the western aliances have this tech, but the Chinese do, and it is referred to as SIM. Solar Initiation Module. Has been discussed on the BEZERK thread for a few years now, but never with any conclusion as the OP passed away, and no new intel has emerged.

But the OP posted that China was able to use this tech, which was given to them by non-earthers. To what end we could only speculate.
