Last night we sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers in a wine sauce. I forgot what kind we used. But anyways it always makes the house smell amazing. The rest of the meal was grilled chicken strips and squash and zucchini. We love our squash and zucchini. I was thinking it would have been nice to have some white wine to deglaze..think that is the word..before the adding the water. Whenever I get overwhelmed by the horror man brings..I'm reminded of all the great things too. <3 Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |
