Someone broke into our house this afternoon

I caught some ass in my house ,It is amzing how quick coyotes and raptors can dispose of a carcass .

People like you can get smashed down a flight of stairs by a runaway dump truck, get 200 broken bones and then praise the lord for saving the 4 bones that didn't break.

When I was living in FL two of my friends homes were robbed in broad daylight!!!

The robbers parked moving trucks in the front door and robbed my friends of everything they own!!!!

All they had to do, was make it look like they were moving, U-Fucking Haul to the ROBBERS RESCUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is only going to get worse!!!!!!!1

I know this family that got robbed, and the thieves took an X-box, X-box games, cigarettes and went through the fridge and helped themselves to chips and soda pop.

Our (mine and my families)heart and prayers go out to you and your's! We know first hand the kind of terror,sadness and anger one goes through when getting violated by thugs! I have been robbed a few times and even had guns held in our face's, it never gets any easier! I hope those assholes that did this to your family gets caught and pays for their gutless deeds!!

Get a fuckin clue if you think the Universe doesn't work in mysterious ways.

Sorry to hear of your pain. After a couple of burgularies years ago I learned

never to buy expensive jewellry unless I could always wear it on me permanently...bling is cheap

never to have new tech...they can pinch my landline phone, old heavy TV, heavy cable computer, piano, organ, 4 poster bed. The things I value cant be easily moved...because they weigh a ton.

Dogs and alarms are useless...dogs eat poison...alarms...people ignore them until it get to major irritation mode...that can take hours

I'm so sorry to hear about your circumstances, it's happened to me 3 times in my life and it's something that sticks with you, your in my prayers and thoughts! May God take this circumstance and turn it into something good.

I have had more unsuccessful robberies but I have gone through it and it is tough

My best words of advice-going forward


check your own house...secure it in new ways

I had watched the show with the thieves who talk to owner and they agree to allow these 2 ex criminals to attempt to break in

Most feel more secure than they should...and many are quite sloppy about locks and access points


Even making sure they cannot access a ladder on the property

I have also not marked the "childrens" rooms or bedrooms for firemen and women...it makes it easy for criminals...

Having good locks and extra ones or security measures and checking through the lists a few times helps minimize the likelihood of robbery, but nothing is failsafe


I have a friend who has several snakes-I keep trying to think of ways to exploit that in security...a 6 foot Boa can be rather intimidating to many...

Big dogs or what seems like big dogs is beneficial imho and dogs can be trained to not eat from another...

Another friend has an attack cat-and the cat usually perches on a fridge...so it is on a great perch...and has attacked one person-messing them up.


Good neighbors are a boon-even if one lives in a rural area-even more so...and most that I know have arms for protection-and not just from animals...or those who act as animals.



Motion detector lights are a real deterrent too-as much as I prefer low lighting-no need to make the power company wealthy

but a large light turning on, can thwart the confident thief-


naturally an actual safe is an expense but one might want to consider that

as the finances of many falter, many will sell out-so it is good to secure things as much as one can-now...

The police were able to recover the two guns because of the serial numbers. They pulled over a scumbag over a traffic violation and he had them in his car. He didn't have a gun permit---they ran the serial numbers and they were a match.
