And like I said before in other comments, stepping behind a counter doesn't give you a license to kill and the older woman probably would have died without medical assistance. I'm repeating myself again, that's why the dense comment..


In NYC two women rushed behind the counter and actually started attacking people in a fast food place. The guy behind the counter grabbed a metal pole and beat the ever living shit out of them and he was arrested.

And I feel like you all know this was not a commensurate response but don't care because the women are black. But keep gaslighting if you want, you must have it done to you so often you're experts.

the dining room was locked. Brittany's order was apparently wrong twice in the drive thru.

If they were using verbal threats of harm while going around the counter, that’s means to defend yourself.

If they had a problem with the order and felt cheated, do what others do.

Just call corporate and get it straight.

Manager will get jail-time and the victims will be wealthy.

Unfortunate reality, and one I don’t agree with. Stupid games, stupid prizes. The kitchen is a dangerous environment, and the “victims” were the ones attacking and threatening.

Are you usually invited into a restaurant after hours and locked inside because they can't get your order right?

They already shouldn't have been there so I'm not sure it matters if they stepped behind the counter, they could have just wanted to see why the food was taking so long.

Or they were being threatening, you still can't shoot someone dead because they step behind the counter, or throw a bucket of boiling water on them.

And if the races were reversed everyone here would be singing the opposite tune. It's ok though, they'll get what's coming to them and so will you don't worry.

I don't think the manager will get jail time. I think she will be fired and that's it.

I've worked for corporations most of my career and the deep corporate pockets will take care of this. They will realize that they were liable for creating a safer environment for their employees. The manager can argue self defense.
