I've worked for corporations most of my career and the deep corporate pockets will take care of this. They will realize that they were liable for creating a safer environment for their employees. The manager can argue self defense. I hope you’re right. It’s much easier to simply attack the corporation, but I’m worried that this continues to dive deeper (ie, will race be brought into this?). This country’s justice system has gone to absolute shit, and I suspect the manager will get hit personally (beyond termination). |
