I've been checking on them from the top bedroom window periodically. They're still chugging on. Perhaps it's hitting the coastlines worst? Accuweather has been accurate so far. The worst is slated to be over after about 1pm here. Hey well My Apoligies, Seems accu was more correct than the rest Damage, roofs of etc, but most winds where it was meant to be sustanined 100mph turned out 20-30 mph less. Bright blue skies and bright sunshine, no rain, a few moderate/usual winter gusts (c. 25-30mph). Mostly all quiet now. I have trees on my property. One huge one has lost a very thin, straggly branch about 6ft long. Haven't been outside yet but everything looks ok apart from that. Nothing here that the media craves to fill their doom narrative. |
