I have a feeling tomorrow or Wednesday we’re going to see the footage of Kyle pointing his gun at someone. They barely touched on it, but they didn’t have the enhanced images.

This would show why the Rosenbaum guy was screaming shoot me, shoot me instead.

Not saying it still wasn’t self defense, but they are gonna make the jury question themselves.

The state had plenty of time and witnesses that were there at the time of Rosembaums tirade to have someone come forward and testify that Kyle pointed his gun at Rosembaum before he was chased. Not one witness could say for sure that he did in fact do just that. The only person that said that was the lead detective. He used grainy footage on a small iPhone screen as his only evidence. 14 months later and they just now obtained the actual he footage? If in fact the hd version did show what he claims. He had all weekend to take screen captures or upload it to his computer and provide to the court. If in FACT he did find this on Friday. My suspicion is he is going to go home and do his best to throw together a non conclusive clip and say see right there it looks like it points the gun, but to my knowledge I can't actually say he did. This lead detective hasn't really been able to rule out self defense. In fact he demonstrated competence in actually viewing and getting all the evidence.
