I watched a clip yesterday, which had a hot mic in it. Man was complaining to judge, there was someone in court, filming the jury. There should be a mistrial, on that alone.

When does the defense cross exam him today? They better play the video of him saying he should of shot him in the head.

When it goes off, there are going to be a whole bunch of dead Gaige Grosskreutz's. Rule of law or you get the rules of war! Armed insurrection and intentional targeting of civilians earns you a summary trip to the compost pile around these parts.

I think my post went unoticed earlier. But does anyone notice the sheriff constantly patrolling the audience. During the testimony a couple walked in and was questioned. After they sat down they were immediately escorted out but he sheriff. I haven't seen them since? Think everyone is aware of the threat to jurors?

Could be. They could be looking for people filming or taking photos of the Jurors.

I missed this part.

It caught my eye because they were a darker hue than I have seen in the audience before. They didn't look like they were reporters and the fact the sheriff escorted them out as soon as they sat down

I missed it too. That type of behavior should be dealt with immediately. How can he get a fair trial when the jury is being threatened?
