Airbnb is as bad or worse than Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc when it somes to the NWO agenda. Soon they will be screwing hosts, but not guests, even worse than they have done in the past.

More places are being turned into short-term rentals. People can't even find a long-term rental in my area of Georgia. Of course, it's a tourist area, so that makes it easier. City landlords with properties in so-so neighborhoods are the ones getting hammered because they can't turn them into short-term rentals and their renters are not secure financially.

I think we're just entering a great depression and everything dies. All assets, housing, oil, banking crisis, gold, silver, etc...

If that happens interest rates will soar and buyers will have to pay substantially higher mortgages. 1300 today could be 1700 in a short time. I've been able to find a balance and keep everyone happy. It's still a sellers market. We're just not seeing 10 offers per listing. But there are usually 2 or 3 if it's a nice house.

Nobody is "financially secure" during a democrat administration and or majority in the house.

Things use to be normal and renters and landlords were happy in most places other then those giant crap holes in New York.

Only landlords have had it good for decades now. Nobody can really afford rent now with stagnant wages for two decades.

There has to be a good Capitalist balance or everybody ends up with nothing including the ones owning a home but paying huge property taxes to pay for section 8s.

I had planned to retire on income from my teeny SSI and two small rentals and one airbnb over my garage.

That was a pipedream. I am 66. If I survive the Great Reset, unvaxxed, a harsher lifestyle is in my future.

Would happilly buy a mini camper and go nomad if it weren't for all of my rescue pets, and possible vax passports across state lines in the future.

Might buy a small piece of agriculturally zoned land to park my camper, and fence for dogs etc.

I just turned 67 and my wife and I still have a kid in HS.

I'm in AZ, I can't stand cold weather so it limits where we can go. I lived in Cali in the '80's and the state was nuts then, now with the scamdemic it's completely insane. I have 100k equity in my home, and 15 in my Mom's home.( it's mine) I plan on selling it asap and buying a big home for my entire family. My kids are adults.

Hopefully I can get the larger home for a song once the market fails.

My rental house is empty. I'd rather have it empty to be able to sell it quickly.

But selling and put the money where? Banks aren't safe!
