Discussion about the Gabby Petito Case.....Autopsy Results: Strangulation---Brian Laundrie remains Found!!

Because it's a mystery, and just in case you haven't read any book ever, or seen an M. Night Shamalayn film... people like mysteries.

When a gang banger shoots another gang banger on a Saturday night, it's not a mystery. We all know the story already, somebody scuffed somebody's sneaker in da club and the gats came out pew pew pew case closed Pookie is going away for life when he was caught 2 hours later.

This story on the other hand... a couple of young kids with their whole lives ahead of them, living a seemingly perfect bohemian lifestyle traveling the country... there are millions who wish they could be so free.

No mortgage, kids, shitty job, nothing but the open road and at least on the surface, youthful puppy love.

That storyline alone catches the attention of many, there's dozens of cute young couples with successful YouTube channels doing what Gabby and Brian did, and people are watching... wishing they could just drop everything and go back to being that young without a care in the world.

But then, it all goes wrong. Cracks form in the storybook tale of young foolish love.

Now we add in the mystery... for a time, it was where's Gabby? Everyone already knew she was dead in a ditch somewhere given Laundrie's behavior, but the suspense was still captivating.

Then it was the spectacle of watching the Brian and his parents mow their lawn while the cops pulled their pud, keeping everyone on edge and infuriated that they weren't making a move on him.

Then he goes missing, and for a bit the case slows down as everyone assumes he blew his brains out in the swamp and will be found imminently.

But shit wait, apparently he's some sort of goddamn granola eating hippy version of Jason Bourne who was able to just drop off the grid without a trace, even with the full weight of the federal government and media looking for him.

Does that help break it down for you at all, or do I need to put it in red crayon?

IF the FBI told the truth (COP did it), social media, ect would explode. For real. They could NEVER risk that, and imo, and handling it internally.

Gabby and Brian were at Moonflower in Moab for 5 hours the day of the "pulled over/split up indecent"...

Brian was taken to a Hotel. Aug 12th (this happened).

WHERE did GABBY spend the night? IMO, she was camping next to the Lesbians she prob met earlier that day.

COp went back to find her on the 12th or 13th to get her alone, and Lesbians intervened and were murdered for their witnessing the rape.

The rest of it is whatever transpired after.

So the cop kills the lesbians for witnessing the rape, but doesn't kill Gabby right then and there too? Seems like a pretty big loose end.

Then he realizes he needs to get her as well, and somehow tracks her down 2 weeks later and a 10 hour drive away? When they're living entirely off grid?

And for no apparent reason, leaves Brian alive?

That's literally the least likely scenario I could possibly think of.

Autopsy said it was Strangulation/Throttling that means fingers and palms to the front of the neck and throat.

Even the keystone Cops wouldn't screw it up that bad

Some people on this thread are trying to come up with every scenario in the book to absolve Brian of this crime. Won't work. He was an abuser and his temper got the best of him when she likely told him she wanted nothing more to do with him and his mental abuse. He's an ugly fucker who was extremely lucky to have had such a prize and he knew it but went about trying to keep her by beating her down and terrorizing her. Seen this kind of abuse a few time in my life.
It's obvious to even the most dense the guy is guilty, guilty, guilty. His continued absence is further evidence of his guilt. I only hope the guy is such a narcissist that he has realized he will be spending the rest of his life in prison and has offed himself as an alternative and the crows have pecked his eyeballs out.

She has a few criminal issues (violating protective order, disorderly conduct, public swear/intoxication, assault, assault on law enforcement, a&b on law enforcement, abusive language to another) from 3 diff incidents.

A longtime pal of the 23-year-old fugitive told the Sun that Laundrie was a “heavier-set social outcast” as a 14-year-old, when he weighed almost 40 pounds more than today.

“These last two years were the most public and open he has ever been. He’s a pretty disconnected off-the-grid type of guy — not the selfie type,” the friend told the news outlet.

“He’s the type of person that would be able to drop everything to secure his means of not being captured and to evade arrest or evade prosecution from what seems to be a pending crime,” the pal said.

Persephone's link who re-posted the above info. Since it was a Tweet under Nerdy Addict's original post on Bertolino's sister, and she was named, I'm assuming the reveal is about her.

Nerdy Addict has a lot of Twitter posts with many other contributors trying to piece together financials on all of these characters.
