It's probably going to be awhile before anything of substance comes out.

The language choices used in that article reads like they faked his death (and I think they did). Unless they found a piece of his skeleton he can’t live without and DNA test that and not just some teeth, I won’t believe he’s really dead.

I think he’s in another country 30 pounds heavier with new dentures or implants and some plastic surgery and new tattoos.

Law enforcement looks so slimy in this whole thing. They sucked up to his parents, basically ignored her parents. and let his parents run the show and allowed him to just skip the country while they claimed he was under surveillance. LE has a huge incentive to back up this false death story.

Where are the clothes and sandals Brian was wearing? How long will we have to wait to see if the water level lowers sufficiently to determine their existence?

Since the reserve was open to the public the day before the parents visited could something have been planted?

Still too many plot holes in this story for me to completely close the door on it.

it went over budget and they had to cut corners. There are always plot holes when that happens. No season 2 unless another network like Netflix picks it up. Unfortunate

Online site R (color, it) has a very different take on this case supposedly from the attorney's and FBI perspective.

Lawyer might be firmly denying Brian had nothing to do with the 2 lesbians murdered in Moab. At one time he was considered a suspect especially by the PI hired by the victims' family.

Is this intentional by Bertolini?

I supose it's obvious, even without enough to prove he prove it, that BL murdered her. In that context I suppose it makes sense

Bertolini putting down and insulting a young dead woman, who's only real mistake was her poor choice of a BF, makes Brian and his parents look even worse.

Obviously that's how the Laundrie's think about a woman who was going to marry into their family and likely birth grandchildren.

Praying none of Gabby's relatives and close friends read that despicable lawyer's statements. Then again they probably already know the slime with which they're dealing.

He's trying to undo some of the damage BL did to himself along with his parents. he's failing spectacularly

He's going to get the Laundrie's house burned down if he keeps talking. Is there a need for this guy to go on a non stop publicity tour?

If BL is really just all bones now, he would have had to have been dead a while? What if he died at their house before he was reported missing and his body was taken to the park before the LE even knew he wasn't in the house anymore? They should search that house imo very thoroughly.

I have no idea what is going on but logically the parents had no reason to plant the body in the park. It just doesn't make sense.

I also don't think that area was under that much water if at all

Well there you have it, the lawyer finally lets out the truth of how he and the Laundries think, basically blaming Gabby for being murdered, what POSs they are.

Saw last night there hasn’t been a DNA match, only a dental match.

Unless it’s a good portion of his teeth, is that a strong enough ID?

They made it sound like it was just a small remain, I hope they are doing DNA if possible.

It’s possible if he killed himself the day he left, he wouldn’t know what happened to Gabby yet if he supposedly wasn’t the one who killed her, they hadn’t found her yet.

So the attorney stating he was grieving is a big tell.

Very easy to get DNA from inside of teeth, even from ones that have been out in the elements for decades.

They managed to extract DNA from wooly mammoth teeth that were 700,000 years old!

Exactly, not sure why they are saying they don’t have DNA, unless it’s being tested and not released yet.

DNA is pretty fast now, but maybe it's a longer turnaround for specialty analysis like extracting from teeth?
