JUST IN- The Laundrie family attorney just confirmed the following regarding Brian’s skeletal remains:

No cause / manner of death was able to be determined

Remains are now being sent to an anthropologist

One of the things I held off on reporting -- but now will because Brian Laundrie is confirmed dead.
Police installed hidden cameras around the house -- including this camera in a neighbor's yard behind the house. This particular camera was installed after Brian went missing.

Don't know why the previous poster listed the reading of the last 2 pages of Brian's notebook, supposedly written on Sept 18, as "For Entertainment Purposes Only" as it's a shocker.

You can obtain DNA from demineralized bone--it is a good source of DNA. Hence, the bones would be able to yield positive id.

I mean, sure he could have had part of his skull removed and left a few teeth layin' around, but I rekon that would leave a mark and make one rather uncomfortable. LOL.

The video of the reading of the last 2 pages of Brian's notebook is a very well done fake IF it isn't actually real.

It sure sounds legit. Reading the comments, though, the poster is saying WFLA had posted it and then took it down. A retraction maybe?

The paper and ink look too pristine to have been underwater.

Hope they test the skull and not just the teeth. They could have planted some or all of his teeth with somebody else’s skull.

Notebook was found inside a waterproof bag designed to be used by kayakers. The outside of the bag was barely smudged.

Maybe the wild pigs/crocs/gators who feasted on Brian's remains dragged him underwater and away from his possessions.

Or he left the bag with the notebook next to a nearby tree, intending them to be found.

Odd that neither LE nor the K-9 trained dogs picked up on the scent of the backpack and waterproof bag.

Also where's the gun? Or did Brian rely on pills/narcotics?

Someone SB won’t name actually filed Brian missing, a household member

Someone got the paperwork and filed out the missing persons report behind their backs

They were not the ones who filed it, meaning the parents and him were just gonna let it slide after SB casually told FBI Brian don’t come home one day after hiking

He also kept talking about how Brian was grieving before he ran off and then had to apologize and say it was a poor choice of words. I think it was a very blatant and repeated Freudian slip he got called out on.

So he's implying that someone else lived with Chris and Roberta? Huh?

She never asked him what was Brian upset about? Ok..Grieving was a poor choice of words, but he said he was upset.

At the very least he was implying someone else was in the household, his words, that reported it.

The report says officer initiated so perhaps when SB said household he meant an officer that was in the Laundrie house that Friday evening?


He revealed at 25:15 that he consulted with a state Bar ethics committee rep. on Thursday (before they reported him missing on Friday) on what to do about BL being gone. And, of course we now know that on Friday, they officially reported him missing.


I don’t think they intended on reporting him missing and I do think they may have been in contact with him until that stopped and the parents found his belongings when millions of dollars and an all out manhunt couldn’t , lol

This guy needs to get his ego in check and stop talking before he ends up in jail.

I still can't believe this guy is an attorney. He's too dim to speak to the media like he is.

There's no damage control on this one. And he's making it worse not better for the Laundrie's

biggest question for me is if the family wasn’t “worried” about him not coming home the 13th because he frequently hiked for multiple days then WHY go looking for him that night AND the next day? If there’s no concern about him like SB indicated, the why go look

Can you ask Josh Taylor about the abandoned car citation that was placed on the Mustang on 9/14? Did NPPD not connect that the car belonged to their POI, Brian Laundrie, or his family?? If they did, how did they not know he was missing until the 17th?!

I am not sure I trust the police. They seem to have dropped the ball several times in this investig. since they kept saying they know where BL was the whole time 2 find out he was not where they thought him to be. Case & point his car NOT at the residence for a couple of days.

Anyone else notice in one of the interviews SB said BL was mourning before he left on his “hike”? He know what happened to Gabby before she was even reported missing.

North Port taxpayers need to demand some accountability here for several things, starting with why they didn't take a report when first advised, who on their dept thought they "didn't have a crime" when they heard the story,how they lost him and this

Also FBI needs to answer up

This clusterf*ck is why the Laundie's will never be charged.

The NPPD and the FBI don't want to showcase their complete incompetence and waste of millions of dollars.

They want to move on and pat each other on the back for finding Brian. Finding him exactly ONE MILE from his last know whereabouts. AFTER ONE MONTH. Preventing any hopes of a cause of death.

Either they royally screwed up or there is much more to this story and we'll never find out the truth.
